I'm only commenting because of the Beetlejuice screenshot.
Jack and Sally are great, though thanks to the title I consider that movie a Christmas selection. I'm going to go off the Halloween/scary theme, but I promise the couple is no less spooky and hair raising.
Gail and Dwight- Sin City. Yup. These two are psychotic, blood-thirsty, ruthless, and totally in love/lust with each other.
Edit: I would give a kidney to have a night of raunchy relations with Rosario Dawson as Gail. She's the type of woman such that it doesn't matter if you're the one on top, she's fucking you. Death by snu-snu...

edward scissorhands and winona ryder. they weren't really a couple, but edward is so adorable. winona is so cute. omg the avon lady putting foundation on him and the crazy cougar trying to make a move on him at the salon

Sweeney Todd and Mrs. Lovett. The creepy psychopath and the amoral enabler in a co-dependent relationship.
