So about a week ago my mother found a toothbrush I was using to pleasure myself. I know, I know... a toothbrush, how odd. It was the only thing my long-distance fiance and I could think of at the time to use because a finger wasn't working for me and he suggested it. The other night I had a nightmare and was hearing weird things in my room - was sick and kinda' on a lot of meds - so my mother switched rooms with me.
The next night I slept in my room and I couldn't find my toothbrush! I panicked and now know that my mother had found it because it was under my pillow case. Oh how I wish I had put it somewhere else for safe keeping!
My parents have not said a word to me about it at all. They are, however, suspicious of me every time I go upstairs and they will not let me talk on the phone in my room with my fiance anymore - I must talk downstairs.
I had never been caught having phone sex, but now I get caught with the toothbrush and have no idea what to do about my parents.
Should I speak to them about it?

It's good to talk to clear up the path of communication. There's no need for this to be a big deal, a parent will have to come to terms with it in some way or another, if not...then at least you know you tried to resolve it.
It's important that it's recognized that a sex life is a very private thing, no one has a right to force their way into that area, parent or not (understandable if they're concerned about safe sex, but that's why talking's important.)
Try letting them know how you feel perhaps.
I'm a parent. honestly if I found a toothbrush in my daughter's bed, I would not automatically think "OMG she's having sex with it!"
Second, if my daughter was ENGAGED to be married, I would assume that yes, she and her fiance talk sexy to one another one way or another, and it would make less than no sense to me to try to monitor her calls
which leads me to the following questions. How old are you? Are you and the fiance actually publically engaged or is this an understanding between the two of you?
My advice is to get yourself a proper vibrator, keep it in a reasonable location and don't use it when your parents are around because that's just awkward for everyone.
If I found a toothbrush next to a bed.. that wouldn't be the first thing I think about..

Maybe you should sit your parents down and have the talk with them. Explain to them that masturbation is a perfectly natural and normal thing. They shouldn't be embarrassed by it.

Yeah, because on the phone is the only way to have phone sex. They do realize this can still happen by e-mail and text right? My ex and I weren't able to talk on the phone at the same time a lot of the time because of the different time zones, but when one of us was in the mood we'd just start texting each other things. Anyways, as for your parents knowing you do that, I wouldn't worry too much about it. Just let it disappear with time. Eventually they'll forget about it or just think they made their point. I would never want to talk to my parents about that. My mom and I are super open with each other, but that's a line I wouldn't want to cross. I don't even hide mine super well, but I'm sure if my mom found it she would just ignore it.
I would just let it blow over because talking to your parents about a sex toy can be weird.

I think she was dusting my room and then found them.
