The Lingerie Addict. Run by Cora Harrington, alias Treacle Tart, the blog deals with everything lingerie, from how to wash your bras to gorgeous photos of corsets. I was interested in lingerie before, but this blog made me fall in love.
I wear lingerie for myself. It makes me feel beautiful and sexy, and that benefit is there even when I'm the only who knows about it. Still, lingerie brings about some extremely pleasant if decidedly expected consequences in the bedroom.
Not everybody likes lingerie. Many women find it uncomfortable and too obvious underneath clothing. Many men say that it's all about the gift, so who cares about the wrapping paper?
I have never met such a man. I like my underwear with all the frills, and thankfully my sexual partners have enjoyed it too. That's not to say that I'm always in the fancy stuff, but it's nice to bring out on occasion - whether that's for a night in the bedroom or a confidence boost outside of it.
I do, however, also wonder about the effect of non-sexy underwear. Men don't wear lingerie, but I would be completely turned off if the underwear of a guy I was hooking up with was ratty and holey. I guess that men feel the same way - but is that just with too-old underwear, or also with granny panties?

I like wearing lingerie. I realize that it's just going to get ripped off later on and that a guy might not fully appreciate it, but I at least want to look and feel sexy. I think it helps with confidence.
I like lingerie. I think it's pretty and I've never met anyone that's been like, "oh you're undergarments are too pretty and sexy. what's wrong with you?" haha. :)
men don't wear lingerie, but I find a few things that does look hot as hell that a shirtless guy could wear to make it sexier. those gun bolsters that cops wear around their arms are so hot. they remind me of bondage straps
basically, I find black straps that wrap around his half naked or naked body to be hot. or when he wears a dress shirt and unbuttons it, then his tie is loosened. when I see a hot guy looking like that, I feel compelled to sit on his lap and use his tie to giddy up!

I have lingerie. some of it is the typical stuff. I have untyical stuff, too. I have sexy accessories like cuff bracelets, bondage straps-my favorite, and other things to match with my outfit. he even joked about how I should make my own pornsite because I'm so naughty. a guy, who doesn't like lingerie or think it is a waste of time and money, isn't my type of guy. I like roleplaying and dressing up. getting straight to the chase most of the time is boring. I love superteases.
Underwear with holes in it stops bothering you when you've been together for a while, weathered a few storms, and have more important things to spend your money on!
I am in love with the lacy boyshorts from VS and I wear them for me. My man loves thongs and I don't so I will wear them just for him. The only time I will wear them under clothes is when I know I will see him that day and show him
i don't care much how my underwear looks, and neither does my SO. i like everything skin-toned, so it looks like i'm nude.
I've never been a fan of lingerie. Never seen the point, but if it makes the girl feel sexier then I'm all for that. But in general I just prefer normal underwear to the excess of normal lingerie.
If she feels sexy in lingerie, I think that she will be a lot more fun in the bedroom. If she's uncomfortable with what she has on, then she may be in more of a "let's just get this over with" kind of mood. That's not so fun.
So as a guy, I suppose for me it would depend on whether she's comfortable or not.
i love to wear lingerie...and i love it when he sees me too. lingerie is definitely sexy and it spices up the relationship. my favorite part is showing him my lingerie and him taking it off before we have sex.
Yes. I love lingerie; it's pretty and sexy and all that but I don't care much for it in the bedroom. The bf and I share the same philosophy when it comes to clothing and the bedroom: the less frilly and cumbersome the better.
If she feels comfortable in sexy lingerie all the better. As a male I definitely like a women who wears sexy lingerie, the wrapping is just as important as the present. Most definitely like corsets and black lacy panties on a woman, so damn sexy, throw in some black stiletto thigh high boots and oh god.

I find the satin black lounge pants my lover wears to be a tease. He just sits on the couch looking all sexy playing Left 4 Dead 2 and I'm like... "Pay attention to me!" Not because of the video games, cause I usually play with him, but because he is so hot! I usually go run into the bedroom and put something on to get his attention.
Then he is all like... O_O!! Yummy! So then I feel gorgeous and it ends up being such a fun night.
Of course I'm well aware of most of the maps he likes to play in versus mode so I know when he is about to be done. ~_^
i think it's totally hot, but how you people are able to wear these things after taking a dump is beyond me. must be the worst feeling in the world.

I don't care if a partner wears lingerie or regular undies, especially as my preference is them wearing nothing at all.
I like wearing stuff I think makes me look pretty. My boyfriend doesn't normally take too much notice, but there are a few specific pieces he has made sure to tell me are his favorites for various reasons. I try to wear those on special occassions. Most of the time it doesn't matter all that much.

My outerwear is usually pretty and fancy and lacy and in an array of dark colors, so my underwear just matches. I don't own any sweatpants, so why should I own cotton underwear?
I have some lingerie, but for the most part I wear the items mostly for function rather than style. (Boring black and "nude" t-shirt bras and cotton panties.) Other times, there is nothing like a beautiful bra and panty set. There are some many styles and colors available, with a variety of different prints and embellishments, a great set of underthings can transform how you feel about yourself. You feel beautiful and confident, or bold and seductive. Personally, I love very feminine embellishments like lace trim and tiny bows. Whenever I wear the boring things, my husband calls them "the period panties." He really likes it when I put on the fancy underwear.
I have a laundry hamper FULL of lingerie-- huge fan. I like wearing it because it makes me FEEL sexy & my partners are always pleased by the extra effort. Even if what I pick isn't suitable to be left on during the act, it's still appreciated. Lay on the lace!

I wear lingerie, but really only because I don't want my nipples poking out through my outfit and whatnot. And I figure, hey if I'm going to wear it then it may as well look nice and makes me feel sexy. I like being panty-less though. It's pretty comfortable and makes me feel sexy/naughty at times. Usually I only go panty-less when I wear tights though. I hate panty-lines. I'll obviously wear panties with skirts and dresses kuz I'd hate for someone to get a peep of the goods when I don't want them to.
I also think of wearing lingerie as being a sort of a tease than it being wrapping paper. It's like, hey, you get to see a bit more skin than normal but you don't get to see everything. I think it gets a guy's imagination and curiosity going and makes for sexy times ;)
