Bedsheet Battles
The only good thing about being in a long distance relationship is that I don’t have to fight for the bed sheets. It doesn’t matter how equal a relationship is outside the bedroom, there’s always an uneven distribution of comforter/sheet/blanket in the morning.My girlfriend maintains I am the blanket stealer. Seemingly she rolls me out of the blanket at least twice a night, and I put up some kind of sleepy fight by gripping the sheets like a possessive koala. She gave me my own blanket for a while to try and even out the blanket percentages, but I still stole hers.
Having enjoyed (but actually hated) having the blankets all to myself this summer I’m ready to fight for my life when my girlfriend comes back in a week.

I'm a spooner. So... we share the blanket and heat.

lol! My bf was talking to me about this the other day. He said I hog the blanket all the time! Hey, I don't meant to! It's just that somehow I end up with the blanket first thing in the morning. (I know my bf is is reading this. Sorry, honey! I'll try not to hog the blanket, okay?

How will she get any sleep if she is cold all the time. I struggle with this too because my boyfriend tangles himself up with the sheets every night. I can't imagine what life will be like when I have to deal with this on a daily basis. I will be a walking zombie!
None, we have two blankets.
I used to. Now we have our own blankets. It's more to wash but it is better than fighting over something so silly!
Me. I take the blanket and roll myself up like a mummy so we just put two or three blankets in the bed. I've yet to steal all of them.

My husband and I somehow destroy the bed every night. I end up with the comforter, he ends up with the sheet and the fitted sheet comes off on his side and slides over to mine. It's a pain making the bed every morning. I have no idea how we manage to do it. xD
We share it pretty equally. If I feel like I'm hogging too much I give back until it's 50:50 and same with him
My boyfriend steals the blankets all the freaking time. I'll wake up freezing at 3 AM and look over to find him wrapped up in the blanket like a burrito. Somehow though, even in my uncomfortable, semi-conscious state, that sight is too cute and ridiculous for me to be annoyed at him. :)
we each how our own i use a microfleese one year round i also have a knit hobo looking blanket that is cool for hot night but heavy to go on top of my regular blanket when its too cold. Joshy uses a sheet when its warm and a comfortor in winter
@Lakakalo@xanga - I steal my blanket from my stuffed giraffe Melman.
@shpadoinkle12@xanga - I safety pinned my blanket to the mattress all along my side of the bed when I was in a relationship with a blanket-stealer, that way no matter how hard he pulled I still stayed covered LOL@Trueinnerbeauty@lovelyish - I don't have a stuffed giraffe either... :C
Actually my boyfriend says I steal the blanket, but I think he is just exaggerating.... We're in an long distance relationship too, so I'm sure my bf would love to have no covers if it meant I was in his bed ;)

Apparantly I do... I don't though, I think he does. And he pulls the bedding up so it's untucked and then it gets all messy and the sheet will be one way, the blanket often off both of us and the duvet another way... first world problems ay.
We are actually pretty good about sharing the covers, but once they come untucked from under the mattress, it's a fight to the death and he usually wins.
No blanket drama in this bedroom!
luckily for me my boyfriend is always hot so he doesn't need the blanket or too much of it. =]

it's meeeeeeeee, I'm the blanket thief!!! I've found that during the night I roll over while gripping the blanket thus successfully stealing it from my boyfriend... he hates it! :P
