I will forever and always love Ross and Rachel. They are the epitome of TV couple... except for when they're on a break.
My favorite has to go to Charlie and Claire from LOST, though.

i'm a big fan of jackie and hyde on that 70's show and julie taylor and matt saracen on friday night lights. also, whitney and alex on whitney. and a million others, many of which are on this list :)
@Super_Andy@xanga - Charlie & Claire are a good one. As well as Luke & Lorelai that someone mentioned earlier. I would also throw in Nathan and Haley from One Tree Hill.
michael richard kyle, sr & jay kyle (damon wayans & tisha campbell) from the my wife and kids tv show. plus kady & franklin from the same show, because franklin sings to his love and reminds me of alfalfa from the little rascals, who sings to darla.
