Sex on the Street
You've probably seen couples getting it on in the middle of the street at 3 A.M. after a night out. But the graffiti artist Claire Streetart has found a way of making the passion permanent.
Take a look at her spray can hook ups in the photo gallery. Straight, gay, up against a wall, in a doorway, sitting down: it's all there. One couple are "having sex" next to a condom machine, which seems very convenient.
Do you think the graffiti is cool, or an inappropriate eyesore? Do you have a favorite?

I'm sure lots of people won't appreciate it, but I think it's funny and neat.
As art I like it... It isn't overly graphic either... But I can see how others would be offput by it.
don't like it. no scene where the woman fondles the hot guy's body. even in a cartoon setting, I prefer the guy to be at least a foot taller than the female. I don't find these couples that hot. I have standards even for graffiti.
Quite inappropriate. This is like soft core porn. And they're not even good looking cartoons :\
Come on, kids can see this. It's funny and appropriate for us, but I wouldn't want to be explaining all this to a curious three year old.
I love it. It's not even dirty. To me, it says "couples so in love with each other that they can't keep their hands off each other." & while it's very slightly erotic, it still has the illusion of mystery so it's not inappropriate for small children to see. If I had a child & they asked me what the pictures were doing, I'd simply say, "They're expressing their love."
They're not actually having sex, though, are they. I think these are cool..! I'd rather have a few of these in Bristol than Banksy.
I'm digging the graffiti on Crown's front door! That one is pretty awesome. I don't think these are inappropriate at all; all the images are fully dressed and it seems to me as if they are all just making-out or being affectionate.

I personally really like them. And the one next to the durex/condom dispenser is great! haha
It's funny on pictures, but I'm sure they're not that funny in reality or for the person who needs to clean them up.
Singapore has something.... well for singaporeans, as obscene. The Sticker Lady. lol.

I think it is WONDERFUL.
The thought of children, I understand everyone has a right to teach their children in there own way, but I PERSONALLY would not mind explaining this to my child. What a golden opportunity to open up the lines of communication, even at a young age. It's a chance to talk about art, to talk about expression, to talk about love, to talk about sex and to talk about what it OK in public and what is not and that sometimes art does not equal OK to do in public.
