According to thefreedictionary, 'bubbly' means lively, happy or merry when it is used to describe a person's personality.My friends love picturing me as a bubbly person because I'm always laughing, smiling and happy whenever I'm with them. There are a few celebrities that I adore with bubbly personalities. Although a person's looks rank above all else, a bubbly personality also has its own charm and style. It's all about inner confidence, baby!

im like jekyl and hyde. can be and can not be, bubbly that is. either im "daria" like or bubbly. more daria than not though. i think bubbly is fine as long as its not creepy bubbly.like waaaay too positive and happy.
