If You Had to Fight an Ex-Lover
The question is: Which of your old lovers would you like to meet in a bar fight?Let's see. I'm not sure any of my old boyfriends have the fighting instinct. They loved me too well; they would cower and call me ridiculous and say why can't we talk.
But lovers? They have more fire in them, are not restrained by the same amount of reverence and social grace. Some would surely fight me, if I asked nicely.Let's see. Do I choose according to who has the feisty and reckless nature that might be provoked into a fight? Or do I choose because I want to inflict pain?
Alright. I choose my lover of summer 2007, the one I still can't believe I ever kissed. His immaturity was precisely what I needed after ending a too-serious two-year relationship, but I found his ADhD infuriating. I would fight him because he annoyed me so much while we were together, and because he would try his hardest to win.

An ex boyfriend I dated for 3 months. His lack of any kind of muscle would make it easy for me to kick his ass. He was a slob, drank alcohol and smoked maryjane almost every day, was emotionally abusive. Let's just say I was young, stupid, weak, and on the rebound when we met. Yeah, he has a lot of his own problems, but that's no reason to take it out on another person. He is the only person I have ever cheated on and I am proud to say that I did, because he doesn't deserve anything good to come to him.
I'm not the fighting type, but I'd definately like to take one of them to court...if I could FIND him.
Eh, I wouldn't fight any of them unless they started something with me. But I'd like to push my last boyfriend three times, since he pushed me three times. (He claims it was done because I "wouldn't get out of the way." That's such a good excuse for physically hurting someone!)

@not_your_concern@xanga - I was with an abusive (emotionally and physically) boyfriend for just over a year, and fighting back was in my instinct when he also accidently 'pushed' me when i was 'in the way'.
Bad move for me, he ended up doing plenty of things, like breaking my hand and then denying any knowledge of doing it, sitting on top of me (I'm much smaller than him at 5"2), while pushing my head into the bed with a pillow on top, watching me have a panic attack while berating me and telling me such a good actress that I should receive an oscar.
God I hate his guts.
I'm not sure whether I would fight him, but I'd definitely pitch someone against him that was much bigger in size and strength to see how HE liked getting his ass kicked.
I don't know about any ex lovers, but I'd want to fuck up my fiance's ex girlfriend... haaaaaaaa
@jjjjjjjjamie@xanga - That's awful. :( I'm sorry you had to go through that. At least you're out of that situation! I'm lucky that it didn't go further than being pushed, but he would get pretty violent. He would have these childish little fits where he would rage on inanimate objects. I can understand that since I've done it before, but I wouldn't do it to someone else's shit! He came close to breaking my TV when he flipped one of my armchairs over! Ugh, it was just ridiculous.
And I agree with you on the "throwing a guy bigger than him" in the ring. Haha, that would probably be much more effective for me too since I am also a small girl (5'1").
I'd take on my third boyfriend. Fuck his karate blackbelt, I'd use some Bas Rutten street fight moves on him. And maybe a bar stool. And a broken bottle.
NOBODY breaks up with me the week after Valentine's Day after telling me they love me.
I would fight my ex-boyfriend of summer-fall 2009. He fucked me over twice because he couldn't make up his mind about how he felt about me. I would beat the living SHIT out of him given the chance, right now. It would give me so much closure.
I couldn't fight any of my exes. I tend to get with tall tough manly guys. They all could kick my ass.
