Has anyone experienced the uncomfortable approach of a man trying to pick you up while you are large and pregnant?
I have on many occasions! When I was 8 months pregnant with my first daughter I would often go walking alone or with my husband and I always had men honking and yelling how sexy I looked! Even with my husband with me.
This pregnancy, I stopped at a McDonald's for a smoothie with my husband and our 3 year old. 2 teenage guys were literally talking out loud how nice my butt and rack looked and then began to talk about how sexy pregnant women can look.
Also, the other day I was walking from a prenatal appointment to the bus stop and a man pulled over in traffic on a busy street just to tell me how sexy I looked and if I was married. Really?
I understand the attraction a Husband/Partner has for the woman carrying their child, but anything else kind of surprises me.
Are there any other momma's who have experienced this?
Men, do you find pregnancy sexy? If so, why?

Oi. I would feel awkward. I guess it's nice, though, just like when you're not pregnant - compliments go a long way. But maybe you should consider carrying pepper spray on you just in case somebody is stupid enough to cross the line? I sound paranoid but I'm just cautious. lol :/
Once I was overheard a conversation between two women and one woman said that she's never been more hit on in her life than when she was pregnant haha...weird, maybe because it's a sign of fertility and that like subconsciously attracts males? I don't know.
Well that is certainly awkward, haha.
I watched an episode of the tyra banks show where this pregnant woman worked at the bunny ranch in nevada and some men had fetishes with pregnant women and wanted to rub their belly and have sex with them, which I found to be very creepy, because the guy isn't the father of the baby>_< I think it is okay to admire the beauty of a pregnant woman because she will bring a new life into the world, but to think sexual thoughts or objectify a pregnant woman for her assets, rather disgusts me, tbh.
The thought of being pregnant and having someone so extremely attractive because of it is actually an exciting though to me...of course, I've never been pregnant so I can imagine this might be contrary to how I would feel at the time.
I can't say there has been a time where I went that far. I have met a girl when she was pregnant and the same when she doesn't. I don't understand too much of the fetish, other than what Martin Lawrence pointed out about preggers women: that they tend to look so sexy when they just pushed out a child bigger than their body and hole could handle. Nothing sexier than a strong woman, right?
But this should most definitely be news for the pregnant women who don't feel sexy.

@aznsam999@xanga - yeah idk why? normally he's pretty big on being respectful and will speak up if he feels he should... Might have just been the day or something... Because we just went into the play area so our daughter can slide and we could eat.

we are human animals remember! It's natural to be attracted to pregnant women - it's hardwired into our brains...
it's how we have survived for 2 million years or whatever.

I don't think its really a fetish. I love pregnant women, I think they look amazingly beautiful, more beautiful than when they aren't pregnant. I don't get turned on by it at all, its not a sexual thing, I think its just.. amazing. :)
I find pregnancy sexy, I do not understand why though. I'm sure a lot of comments here are reason enough.
My boyfriend has a thing for preggos. :/ It made me uncomfortable at first, but I'm realizing that probably a lot of men feel that way.
It's like saying, "I'm fertile and a man wanted me enough to get me pregnant." Which is a good way of emphasizing "I'm attractive."

The sight of a pregnant woman triggers those two mechanisms in a man. One, that woman is clearly fertile. Two, she possesses something that made a man invest enough time (or at least his seed) with her to the point where he wanted to "mate". In other words she might have some good genes to mix with.
But analyzing and breaking it down to that degree destroys the sense of beauty and appeal that accompanies pregnancy. Even though SHE may not feel that way, she is definitely viewed in a more attractive light. Personally I find it sexy but I'm not going to go as far as to say that it's a fetish of mine.
when my big sister was pregnant with her first son, she went to have her bellybutton piercing removed, and the man who took it out was visibly uhh excited lol.

I believe that pregnancies make some women become even more beautiful. My sister is 7 months, and she has never looked more beautiful! Her hair is long and gorgeous, and her skin is smooth and clear -- she says it's the prenatal vitamins. Also, she's just belly. Other body parts of hers haven't changed drastically. I think that can be a factor also. Embrace all the compliments! I don't find it weird that guys are attracted to pregnant women at all -- most of them are beautiful!
I am the father of 2 and a husband of 15 years and I have a big fetish for pregnant women. I can't help that I find pregant women so attractive. I find it sexy. I could never work in a place where I saw many pregnant women everyday.
