  • Why Being Single During Winter is Great

Sure the holidays are here and being single is just a bit harder, mostly for women. Whether you're newly single or been single for a while, there are reasons to be happy during the winter.

    1. You don't have to shave your legs, armpits, or down there as much. Personally, I hate being hairy, so I always like to shave, but since it's winter, I shave less frequently, like once a week, or once every 10 days.

    2. One less present to buy or worry about him liking it. Many of us are buying presents for our friends and family, and we worry about them liking it. You don't have to look for some big expensive present for your SO,and save that money and buy yourself something instead.

    3. For women, you can eat, all the chocalate you want, without worrying what your SO might think. I would suggest to be careful and have some limits because of diabetes and other such things. Also, for some women, like myself, chocalate makes you horny so maybe have a certain limits.

    4. On a cold wintery night, you may want someone to snuggle with, while you're reading your book before sleeping. After you finish reading, the best way to have a good night's sleep is to reach for your favorite vibrator and give yourself a treat. Many might think it's not as good as acutal sex, but for single women, who don't want a shitty booty call, a vibrator can achieve magic fast and can head to sleep; so instead of waiting for that snoring booty call to leave, use your favorite vibrator.

    5. Before you think I'm completly ignoring men in this blog post, men you can keep that beard, drink your booze, and watch your favorite sport without worrying about someone nagging you for watching sports. Though please, do not neglect showering, cleaning your place, or doing laundry.

    Now for both genders:

    6. Clubbing and bar hopping! Booze, booze, dancing, and random hookups. Though please be careful and use protection!

    7. You don't have to worry about your family liking the SO. You can have a peaceful dinner without your aunt, uncle, or other relatives saying, "He's such a pig, is he/she seriously dating him/her?"

    8. You can bring in the New Year by making resolutions that are focusing on you.

    9. You can bring in the New Year and party with your friends and not worry about coming home drunk to an SO, or worrying about your SO being drunk. Unless you live with your parents that is.

    10. No drama to start the New Year...or at least you would hope. Basically you can leave anything behind and not worry about dealing with it in the year to come.

    Any other positives I missed?
