God I love meat. Here's how to make a fantastic burger: (quick, while it's still warm enough to grill!)
Ingredients
1 pound ground beef chuck
1/2 small yellow onion, finely chopped
1 cup celery
6 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 tablespoons steak sauce
1/4 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs
Directions
- Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat, and lightly oil grate.
- In a medium bowl, mix ground chuck, onion, celery, brown sugar, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, steak sauce, and Italian seasoned bread crumbs. Form the mixture into four burger patties.
- On the prepared grill, cook the burgers 3 to 5 minutes on each side, or to desired doneness
- Add toppings as you please: grilled onions, bacon, mushrooms, and barbeque sauce are some of my favorites.
Enjoy!

Heart attack..here I come lol
A burger is not a burger without Worcestershire sauce.
@Wait_by_Moonlight@xanga - Oh man! So true! I totally should have put that in there! Haha well mix it all in. Also, mustard is totally good in burgers. Dijon, that is, not shitty French's.
