How to Handle a Guy Who's "Got it"

You know the guy I'm talking about. We all know him. Perfect smile, sex dripping from his eyes, the sound of his voice makes the entire room heat up two degrees, oh and of course everyone that you know has wondered what it be like to have him in bed, even your Mother. Here's the catch though, all the girls want him, sure, but he likes you!A good girlfriend of mine asked me once, "Do you think he's bad news?"
Um, of course! And that's why you want him!
It's not that he's a bad dog… it's that he was such a cute dog that you can't fault him for all his nonsense. This girlfriend of mine had done what we all tell ourselves never to do, she had fallen for "that guy." Maybe fallen isn't the right word. I'd say she had fallen for parts, of that guy, the smile, the charm, the body. She was a smart cookie though, and this girl knew it was a bad idea. When she asked me about him anyway, I smiled, because I knew exactly why she was into him. It was simple really. She was way too good for him.
At least way too good for him and his dirty ways. She had the upper hand, that I knew for sure, I had seen them together and apart. He had no idea what to do with a girl like this. She was not the silly, bubbly, boring girl that he had banged out so many times before. She was strong, smart, funny and cool. A playboy's worst fear. His kryptonite. Though his charm still worked on her, he became crippled around her all the same, no clue how to proceed, not sure how to play it.
So, she asked me what to do? Should she go for him or not?
Here's the thing, guys like that are good for the ego, great for the pleasure, and amazing for the satisfaction of knowing that yeah, you still got it girl. They're also terrible boyfriends, and even worse husbands. If you could get him to behave, (which I'm sure that this girl could have) would you really still want him? Why ruin a good thing? See, what's often hard to hear, but easy to understand is that guys like this, guys who can get almost any girl they want, can also treat girls however they want, or at least they think so. They know that with some girls you just have sex but with other girls you fall in love. Some girls you bullshit, and some girls you bare it all for. Some girls you need, and some girls you just want. Why would or should he work hard for you, when it's so easy with her?
I told her that he would be a great hook-up, but an awful boyfriend, and that the worst outcome would be if he would somehow fall for her!
"What? Why?" She asked
"Because, guys who hook up a lot are also super insecure, and they'll turn into absolute pussies around any girl whose out of their league. Not always right away, but once they realize it, yikes, watch out, you'll be burping him and wiping his chin!"
Look, even if you found someway to get him to walk the line, you wouldn't really want that version of him anyway. The one who is so thoughtful, and gentle, sincere and even polite? Those things look good on paper, sure, but not in the bedroom.
So why ruin a great thing?
You have a perfect version of alpha-male in your hands, and we're a dying breed these days, trust me! Yes, he's amazing for lots of different reasons, and of course that's why you can't stop thinking about him, but he's also everything that the nice guy who you'd eventually marry isn't, and that is a very, very good thing.
Will the sex be good? Yup.
Will you get too attached? Yup.
But if you can remember that a twinkle in the eye, is just a twinkle in the eye, you can enjoy Don Juan, get properly laid, and know that just like Stella, you still got it.

'It' being herpes?
Hmm... That sounds like my boyfriend. Everyone wants him. I think the only difference is that he knows I can replace him in a second if I wanted to.
I'm gorgeous, smart, strong, and driven. I'm also hot tempered and suspicious at all times. He's cute, smart, funny, charismatic, athletic, and quite a charmer. I know I'm his kryptonite, because he knows that we're at least equals. Therefore, I'm not desperate enough to turn a blind eye to any poor behavior.
I'm perfectly content ruining an alpha-male to procure my future (and current hehe) mate. I don't like nice guys. I'm not a nice girl.
Sounds too perfect if you ask me..
What if the tables are turned... what if a guy falls for a girl that's got it?
And falls hard? What could the guy do then? Is the guy in the same position as your story above?
wow, you just described my ex-boyfriend and our relationship EXACTLY.
alpha males are too high maintenance. sure, he had the house, car, stable income, charm, body, smile but he had so much hidden emotional issues underneath the guise of his confidence, that I couldn't deal with his sociopathic/creepy personality and dumped the alpha male. I hurt his ego badly and was the one that affected him by using his own game on him.
All guys have issues. But I love nice guys. Though Beta men can't handle me.

ahaha, i love this.
What makes you think that some of those dudes aren't actually good people anyway ? ..I understand most guys who women find very physically attractive are often douchebags , but there are some who are capable of loving someone entirely .
My girlfriend could probably replace me at any moment. This post makes me even more worried, haha.
Oh if only it is so easy to control and not fall!
