In my college life so far, I’ve discovered two shocking things that men think will make them more attractive:
1) Owning a motorcycle2) Wearing white pants The other day, I got a call from my friend Nick, who was chatting with me between bites of artichoke dip.
Me: Hey love! How’s it goin’?
Nick: Awesome. I’m eating artichoke dip.
Me: That sounds delicious.
Nick: Yeah. It’ll look even cooler when I do this kind of stuff on my motorcycle.
What?
Me: A motorcycle? What are you going to do for your mid-life crisis?
Nick: Um, obviously buy a sweet sports car.
Thank God he’s got it all figured out. Anyway, allow me to explain: it’s not simply that he’s buying a motorcycle that’s so ridiculous; it’s the fact that he thinks it will make him more attractive (which, I fear to admit, it actually might…).
I of course found this hilarious because popular among our friend group is the “Nick is so egotistical joke,” which was born on Valentine’s Day.
On that holiday, Nick and I were dating (which was more like a brief two-week stint of confusion that we generally pretend never happened), and so I was spending the night at his house. We were brushing our teeth when he turned to me and said,
Nick: Hey Sally… what if those people in the mirror aren’t really us?
Oh my God. How did he know my biggest fear?
Me: WHAT?!
I flipped out.
Nick: No! No calm down! Haha calm down! Don’t worry, baby, there’s only one person that beautiful in this world. And it’s me.
Ah, Nick.
What do you guys think? Do you think that men on motorcycles are more attractive? Keep in mind that the motorcyclin’ men have to be wearing accompanying leather jackets… Crap, Nick might win this one.
As for the white pants, they’re the genius brainchild of my friend, let’s call him Spencer, who is convinced that wearing white pants will make him more attractive to the ladies. What do you think, guys?

I do want a motorcycle but make me more attractive? lol doubt it. White pants...maybe back in the 80's
I think the motorcycle thing is attractive because it shows that he's into something hands-on. Or at least gives the illusion that he is. Motorcycle guys tend to know their bikes inside and out. I only find the crotch rocket type of motorcycle appealing, myself, though.
And white pants...no. Just no.
I've never heard of men thinking either were attractive. Maybe surveying the patients of the insane asylum was poor research on your part?
The artichoke dip + motorcycle combination is deadly. I've used it before, myself.
Seriously though, all the coolness of the motorcycle is more or less completely mitigated for me by the image of my innards spread across the road as a result of running over a peanut.

Course, he nearly got killed by a motorcycle wreck. Or didn't, nobody really knows how bad his injuries were.
White linen pants for a beach wedding maybe, but that's about it.
Dark pants and jeans > white pants.
I've never heard of white pants upping attractiveness. And while motorcycles are hot, that does not mean that the men riding them are made more attractive by them. A lot of biker dudes rock the scraggly-hair-and-flag-tattoo stuff, and to me that's not so attractive.

HAHAHAHAHA!!! The guy I'm dating owns a motorcycle & thinks he's just so hot cuz of it. Too bad he's dating me...I don't like motorcycles. People get killed on them every day whether they 'know what they're doing' or not... I'm constantly worried about him.
He keeps trying to get me on the bike which I refuse to do. I don't have an early death wish thanks. So no, motorcycles aren't hot, nor do they make a guy look hot..just stupid.

I generally think that guys who wear white pants are either from a European country, metro, or gay, so I wouldn't initially be attracted to them.
As for guys on motorcycles, I used to have a thing for them back in my "bad boy" phase, but now they're just obnoxious to me because they know the ladies love them so they're extra cocky.Motorcycle...YES. White pants...NO.

during college I liked two guys who had motorcyles
I didn't know they had motorcycles until later so it wasn't the main reason why I found them attractive. they just had cute faces. the guy actually wore an entire black outfit, not white pants. the revving engine/vroom-ing sound of the motorcycle is hot. the motorcycle engine just sounds like a giant alien fly buzzing around

Motorcycles are pretty hot, but only if the guy pulls it off right. I mean c'mon, what isn't hot about having a reason to wrap your thighs around your date on top of a vibrating vehicle?
My SO had a Honda Shadow when we started dating, and we're trying to find a new (used) motorcycle now that we're back in warmer climates :)white pants make me lol
haha my boyfriend's name is nick and he has a motorcycle. he didn't get it to be more sexy though, he's grown up around them his whole life and worked at a shop for a while.
this post made me giggle because he recently asked me if he should buy some white pants or if that would be lame.
