Yes, an Australian court had to tell a mom not to breast feed her kid, who is should be learning to read and ride a bike. Not sucking a breast.

The Beacon Herald, the boy's parents and his caregiver of five years are battling over custody in court.
Allegedly, the boy told his caregiver that during a visit to see his family last summer, his mother "hit him with a belt and asked him to suck on her nipple like he was breastfeeding."
She denied it-- obviously-- and the court ordered her not to expose her breasts to him or ask him to feed on/ touch her breasts.
Um, well, I for one, certainly hope this crazy woman isn't allowed to see her kid anymore.

In no way shape or form should breastfeeding go that far. I know hippies will disagree but when children don't need the milk anymore (after one year old) you need to think about what's best for the child psychologically and stop!

This isn't even about whether or not children should be breastfeeding until the age of 6. She hit him and demanded he do it, and it sounds like it wasn't something that took place regularly since he was "visiting", making it physical and sexual abuse, not breastfeeding.

Well... That doesn't sound like breastfeeding, that sounds like sexual abuse. How else would you describe to a six year old what you want them to do to your nipple? Breastfeeding, fine. Getting your tot to titillate your titties, not ok.
