Strawberries
Have you been putting off going strawberry picking? Here is some inspiration to finally do it! Foods with tons of vitamin C, like strawberries, might help with two big skin problems-- wrinkles and dryness. Other good eats include red bell peppers, papaya, broccoli and oranges.
Tomatoes
Urgh, there are very few things in life that taste better than a fresh, ripe tomato. Even better, this yummy veg has a thing called lycopene, which could help smooth your skin. Other watermelon and carrots have it too!
Tofu
I'm not a fan of tofu, but my formerly vegetarian friend swears that it is delicious! Well, tofu and other soyfoods may help preserve your skin's natural collagen. Not your thing? Try edamame or soymilk.
Tuna
My love for tuna is strong. Luckily for me, this awesome (and cheap!) fish had lots of omega-3, which also helps with the collagen. Other helpful fish include salmon, sardines and trout. Unluckily, we also are dealing with an ever-worsening oil spill in the gulf that is doing serious damage to our ecosystems and fisheries, so these fish might not be as cheap of available for a while.
