  • Hot or Not: Making Out With Your Dog?

I'm really trying to understand the dynamic relationship behind a dog and their owner. My friend recently told me that I missed out on one of the grossest things she saw the other night when I decided to stay home instead of trekking out in the rain.

They were all hanging out at B's house and his gf has a little dog. Within the hour, the dog has licked everyone's feet upon entrance (it's an Asian household so all shoes must come off), ate food off the floor, licked it's own ass and then proceeded to lick and kiss B's girlfriend all over her face and mouth. Now, it's not one of those simple one lick and you're done. This girl LOVES her dog. It's her baby. So from what I heard, they were practically making out. I mean, the dog's tongue is inside her freaking mouth. And then, she walks over to B and starts to make out with him. My friend telling me this story wanted to throw up on the spot.

Later on that night when B was hugging and kissing everyone good bye, my friend kind of side stepped and gave him the air hug and faux kiss instead. B looked at her like "Weirdo, what the hell?" So my friend told him that she was grossed out by what she saw and felt skeeved out that B had dog saliva on him. B apparently didn't know that his gf was kissing her little dog before kissing him because he almost threw up on his door steps. I'm guessing it's not a habit he likes or approves of.

I don't know what happened afterwards but when my friend told me, my first initial reaction was to gag. I don't care how clean a dog's mouth is but seriously? It's licked dirty wet feet, dirty floor AND it's own dirty ass. You have got to be kidding me!

Is there such a thing as being too close to your pet? If your SO kisses their dog open-mouth constantly, would it gross you out? Do you find it disturbing or is it just me?
