Would You Use Your Cellphone To Find a Booty Call?
Because, yeah, there's an app for that. It's called PinPointsX and, from what I've read, it trounces the equally sleazy Adult Friend Finder, because it will GPS not only who, but where you can booty call. On your smartphone.
Serial killers of the world rejoice; you no longer need to go speed dating.
But, bad jokes and obvious safety issues aside, would anyone really use this thing?
You're probably thinking "hell no" and so was I. In fact, my gut reaction to this involved mostly disgust and disbelief. I mean, is booty-calling really something we needed to make easier? I could stand on a soap box and wax poetic about the sanctity of marriage and the disintegration of family values. But maybe PinPointsX doesn't deserve that.
After all, there is one redeeming quality here - PinPointsX is direct. Its users have very little chance of miscommunication; they know exactly what the other person is looking for when they upload their profile. Which isn't always true for participants who happen their way into alcohol-induced one-night stands. Or even fools for love who stumble their way through casual dating.
In many respects, PinPointsX is similar to traditional online dating websites, which are successful, at least marginally because applicants are honest about what they are looking for. Sure, there's a glaring difference between scouring the internet for your soulmate and looking on an I-phone for your next jump-off. But wouldn't you like your prospective suitors (or sex-ers) to tell you right away which one they are looking for.
What do you think of PinPointsX? Would you ever use this kind of cellphone application? Do you agreed that there might be some benefits for those who do use it?

I see little difference between that and hooking up with someone you've met the same night at a club or bar. But I wouldn't do either. Booty calls aren't natural to grown men.

I don't understand why such app exist. you find someone and ask them if they want to hook-up, they say yes then that is great, if not you move onto the next person on the list? This is just too weird for me.

i think IPhone is gonna need one hell of an app for me to jump a strangers bones (pun intended? lol ) A picture and a profile is just so deceiving sometimes. For me, the catch, the playful banter, and getting to know one another helps when it comes to how you're going to connect in bed. And with this it just removes all of that making it this raw/awkward one-night stand which would probably not end up the way you want because you just saw and opportunity and went for the easiest route to getting it. STD's aside, this is just going to ruin a lot of relationships and cause some addictive behaviors to horndogs all over. good old-fashioned booty calls should be made at random from your contact list when you're piss drunk and horny. lmao.
