When my wife and I go to visit my parents, we stay in their guest bedroom. Unfortunately, it doesn't have a proper door, it's on a different floor from everything else, and you have to go down a staircase and around two corners before you can see into the guest room, but still, it has nothing that locks.
Perhaps this fact should keep us from having sex while there, but it doesn't. At my wife's parents', we've had quiet-as-possible-in-the-pitch-darkness sex in the bedroom next to theirs, pausing if we ever heard their snoring falter. So after that, my parents' guest bedroom seemed relatively safe and tame.
Once, however, my teenaged younger sister came home from work and, wondering why our light was still on at 1AM, decided to stick her head in to say hello--without knocking or calling first.
Ahem.
I could hear her run
back up the stairs, faster than I've ever heard her run up the stairs before. And the next morning she wouldn't look either of us in the face, and was very quiet whenever either of us were around. Poor girl. I don't think she knew that we realized she saw us, and I never said anything about it to her.
To date, that remains the only time my wife and I were ever caught in the act (and that's including our more risky locations). And since then, understandably, my wife has been somewhat "gun-shy" when we stay in that bedroom.

My then boyfriend's best friend's father caught my [then] boyfriend and I having sex once. Well, actually, he caught me clutching my pants to my lap, looking at him wide eyed, while my boyfriend tried to act like nothing was going on by coming out of his best friend's room, still pulling on his pants. His friend's dad was pretty cool about it though - he left the apartment for a few minutes so I could get dressed and high tail my way out of there while my boyfriend stayed behind to apologize for both of us.
I haven't been caught since though, unless you count screaming so loud that my roommates bitched me out all the next day about being quieter when I was being intimate with someone.

Well it's not like we got caught... but his mom knocked and asked to come in.. so we just sat under the blankets. She knew what we had been up to but she needed to talk to him. She made a joke of it so it was kind of funny.
My MIL caught the hubby and I canoodling in her basement back in high school.. I've been caught once with an ex boyfriend... He was in a car accident earlier that week and had been in the hospital so to make him feel better we decided to do the deed. His car was outside so his dad and brother were out there looking at the damage (it was totaled) so I thought it was the perfect time! The stairs were really creaky so we figured we'd hear anyone coming up... We were even really quiet! About as soon as we started getting into it the door opened and we both turned to look and saw not only his dad, but his brother standing there! It took his dad a second to realize what was going on and he turned his head, turned the light switch on/off, and said he needed to talk to my then boyfriend. I was mortified! They already knew we had been having sex though... his mom found a note (lame, I know) I had written him a few months earlier.

Senior year of high school, I'm in my ex's bedroom. Her mom isn't home and her brothers are downstairs Xbox'ing it up. They know to knock whenever her door is closed. It's basically written in stone, house commandments more or less.
So we're in her room getting on with the bumping uglies and we realize her bed is too loud. We move to the floor to quiet things down. A minute later, we're in doggy style and her brother (15 or so) knocks on the door. She clearly states "No. Don't come in! I don't have a shirt on" (wasn't the only thing she didn't have on). But for whatever reason, he opens the door.
There we are, his sister and I, bare assed, fucking like horny chihuahuas on her floor. The worst part, his eyes MET MINE. Yeah, we locked similar deer-in-head-lights glances before he retreated out of the room. I swear, nothing kills a woody faster and we didn't make eye contact for like a month after that.
Never happened to me, but for some dumb ass reason I am almost continuously walking in on someone doing it.

Never had it happened to me, but I caught my brother and his gf twice. I had no idea. I went in to use the printer, because the only printer we had was in his room. But yeah, either way, I didn't see anything. They quickly covered up. And when I realized they were just doing it, I laughed it off and apologized. That was several years back. But yeah, my dad installed a lock for his room so it doesn't happen again. Still, he should've put something on his door to inform others.
Just curious, do you guys/gals feel a rush when you're on the verge of being caught?
I was caught tugging one off on the living room sofa by my mum's boyfriend. There was porn on the TV and he came in to get his keys. He pretended not to notice though, which was nice. Or a little insulting, depending on which way you want to look at it.

Had one of those master bedrooms where the bed can't be seen from the doorway, which also means you can't see if the door is shut or not from the bed. Thought it was, turns out it wasn't, roommate wanders in, immediately 180s and slams the door shut behind himself lol. Oops?

Once my mom just walked in as we were both butt naked doing a 69 and she just stood there as we scrambled for blankets, yelling, "get out get out." the next day she "tried" or at least thought, she was giving me the sex talk (by this time I was 21).
