Whether it be a cute message from an ex or current boyfriend about how radiant I am or a hilarious late night booty call from a creeper I regrettably gave my number to out of pity at a bar... there are some texts I just have to hold on to. These messages are sometimes just the thing I need to whip out when I need a lift in my spirits or a reminder that yes, somebody out there loves me and no, I won't be single forever (fingers crossed). I simply can't bring myself to delete these sweet mementos, no matter how cheesy or lame that might seem!

I have like 8 saved voicemails from the bf, a couple from a fight we had and he sounded so pathetically sad. The rest are just him saying hey in a silly voice, or some other quip he came up with...
Of course I save sappy and/or adorable texts! They are important when distance is involved in a relationship!
I save a lot of texts from my boyfriend... he's so perfect (at least I think he is)... handsome, intelligent, hardworking... he's just a little shy and out of practice on romantic things.. haha.. so I get lots of good texts because he feels weird saying some things when I can make eye contact with him. He's getting better about it.
Some of them are simple, but make my day... like telling me how beautiful he thinks I am and stuff. Not Shakespeare... but sweet enough for me.
of course! Unless it turns into a bad break-up which you can't delete them fast enough...
My ex once sent me a picture of her boobs. After we split up. She was with someone else and sent it to me by accident. I sent a picture of my nipples back.

wrote them down on a site we shared together.
then shit happened and deleted them all.
had some saved on my old phone as well.
shit happened and i smashed my phone on the ground (because of him)
now they're all gone.
i have so many rediulous and cheezy text from my boyfriend. its pathetic. and when i look through them, i always ask myself why exactly i saved them. but at that exact moment in time i thought it was the cutest thing ever. so i cant say good buy to it.
but i seriously have close to forty of these things. ahha.

My saved texts range everywhere from sappy to sexy to dirty to "2 more hours and I can see you!!"
I save ALL of my voicemails and text messages from the bf. Since there's limited memory on the sim card, I transfer the messages to treasuremytext.com. I look at them at least once a month to remind myself just how lucky I am to have found him. =)
I have a few from both friends and boyfriends stored up so I can look back and smile when I need to, and just because we've broken up doesn't necessarily mean I'm going to delete any.

But eventually I have to delete, I have a 150 message limit :(
I'm sooo guilty for saving texts. Haha. I had a ton saved from this guy I talked to. And even after we stopped talking, I kept them. Until I woke up and realized I was being dumb. It took months. But that was only for him. I still have some from another. XD
My most recent favorite is... "Can we try cuddleingus?"
I save the naughty ones and the ones that say 'I love you' in some way haha.

I had a whole bunch saved from my boyfriend while we were in a long distance relationship. They were always so cute, and they remind me of how we got our start and how far we've come. He really worked hard to make sure I felt loved, even though he was over a thousand miles away.
I got mad at him last week and deleted them from my phone. Take my advice and don't do that. i wish I still had them.
I saved just one. It said ":) I like you jen" So direct, simple, and sweet.
I had to delete it, though. The pseudo-relationship was going nowhere and I didn't want to keep my hopes up or anything. Le sigh.
couldnt help by notice that in that pic they shuld have used Lying instead of laying in bed... it would have been perfect, reminds me of those tattoos that are spelled wrong. Text messages make me giddy but if i get called it means that much more
