Okay, I know there are people who LOVE to pimp out their siblings to their single friends. But to me, it's a little weird. Forget the ick factor attached, but the words "My sister or my brother is SO HOT" should never be okay leaving your mouth. I for one, have always thought my brothers were dorks. Even though they are not and I have had friends growing up that crushed on them big time. One of them even stole one of my brothers shirt. How did I know? I found her wearing it. *shudder* (at least it wasn't his underwear...vomit.)

Well one of my friends didn't believe me either and hooked up her bff with her older brother. Her brother lives in the walk-in of the house and let's just say my friend can never look at her older brother the same way after all the grunting and moaning she's heard once too many times. Come on, remember that incident where Joe Simpson made a comment about Jessica Simpson having big boobs and that his daughter is hot? Uhm,...gross much?

Well, I have an older brother ... and we made the mistake of dating the same girl ... without knowing it a few years later. We never really discuss our relationships to each other much...

Yes and no. My sisters ARE most definitely hot, and that's WHY if I ever catch some punk looking at them the wrong way I'll shove his head so far up his butt he won't be able to see the light of day! (Yes, I know, I stole that from "Remember the Titans").

ive heard girls say they would date their brothers if they weren't related. I guess that's OK if they were related but my brother's cousins attract so much attention from my older friends, but if i saw them on the street i wouldn't even think twice.
I'm very protective of my younger sister, I would probably kill my guy friends if they went out with her.
I have no problem saying that my sister is hot. I'm female and straight. So... it's just the same as me observing that a model is pretty or something. Just an observation.
And no, I don't pimp my sister out. Quite frankly, no guys I know are good enough for my sister. I don't want to taint my own family line.

To be fair, while I myself wouldn't personally do it, I could completely understand other siblings doing such, provided they were cautious. I'm not too keen on the idea of inbreeding, but if the two can handle it, sure.
I think my siblings that are of dating age are good-looking people. I wouldn't say "hot," because that's creepy, but none of them ought to be wearing paper bags over their heads. There's a very small chance I will think anyone they date will ever be good enough for them, though. It's just my internal bias that's here to stay. They've never been interested in any of my friends, probably because of the age difference. That and the fact that my best friend(s), who are mostly female, are probably way too aggressive and independent for any of my brothers. They prefer the needy types who can't support their own body weight without them being there to hold them up. Whatever floats your boat, I guess.

Not "pimp" per se, but promote definitely. Not my 11-year-old brother, of course, but I would definitely recommend my older sister to those I know her age. I don't see a problem with campaigning for them. :)
