Depends on the moment. I've done all of the above. Typically, more of a D and B. Some noise, but not a whole lot.
I am a screamer, unless we've been going at it for hours and then I'll do the quieter B option out of exhaustion

I let out a word or two, if the mood persists, but mostly, I am pretty quiet in bed. I'm not the type to risk saying something stupid in bed that might kill the mood. I either let my body do all the talking, or I would just say "I love you", if we were going out. I'm not the casual sex type anyway.
