  • Scandalish: Sex and the Recent Ex-Virgin

Here are instructions on how to comment anonymously if you need them.

So questions about sex... from someone who recently lost her virginity.

Girls: Is it normal to be worried about getting pregnant?

Girls: Do you get sore/minor pains down there after alot of sex?

Girls: What was your first sexual experience like? (I mean, how did you feel, emotionally? physically?)

Guys/Girls: My SO says I don't know how to be "on top" (mind you, I just recently lost my virginity to him) and said I should do my homework (watch some porn)... I've tried a few times but I still can't figure it out. Is there really a "right way" to be on top?

Guys: Do guys really like it when girls talk dirty in bed? It makes me feel awkward and weird, yet my SO keeps asking me to say something dirty. My mind goes blank.

Guys: If your mom almost walks in, does that automatically turn you off?

Guys: How long do you like to get a blow job for? When should a girl stop and do you mind kissing after?

    * if she doesn't know how to stay 'on top', support her by holding on to her hips and buttocks.
    * I don't live with my parents, so I don't have the problem of my mom/dad walking in on me while I was having fun with myself ;)
    * I don't want her to choke to death or turn blue from lack of oxygen doing a blowjob on me. 5 mins is fine with me. I don't mind the kiss after.

  • SeeBeeWrite@xanga

    Yes.
Yes. But it's not that bad.
I lost my viriginity in the back of my van in a stranger's driveway. I was prepared both physically and emotionally, so aside my being excited afterward, I didn't really feel anything.
No. There are tons of different ways. You should just keep trying until you find the way you like. That's what I did. Your boyfriend should be helping you figure it out, not telling you to find out on your own by watching porn. Half the fun is learning things together.
As for the last one, J doesn't want me to stop until it's finished. If you're not planning on doing anything else sexual after the blowjob, I expect it would be painful to leave the guy hanging. My boyfriend takes FOREVER to finish, though, so sometimes he has to help out.

  • SeeBeeWrite@xanga

@Reckless@mancouch - Ha, what about breathing through the nose? Unless the girl is sick, I don't think she can suffocate while giving oral. Lol.

  • anonymous

    1. yes! Myself and my boyfriend are still a virgins and that's one of the reasons... condoms have a 3% fail rate, spermicides have a 6% fail rate.

as for talking dirty, my boyfriend isn't that into it. i'm actually the one who asks him to talk dirty to me.

also, you seem to be concerned about giving your man a blow job, i hope he's going down on you. if one thing really pisses me off its the number of girls that give their men blow jobs when their men aren't going down on them.

  • x_Reckless_x@xanga

Oh... yeah...I like it when girls talk dirty in bed, or on the table, the floor, the bathroom, the kitchen..etc

  • x_Reckless_x@xanga

@SeeBeeWrite@xanga - IF she knows how to breath correctly. Some girls are asmathic.

  • imperfect_still@xanga

Absolutely!! Especially for me... Every time I have sex my body decides it's going to have fun with me and make my period late. Every. Single. Time. Even the time I had sex WITH A GIRL. Fun stuff... but I just get used to it I guess :P

Yes, definitely, it's going to hurt, especially after your first time or when you haven't done it in a while and do it again. But hopefully the sex is good enough that it's worth it :)

AWKWARD! Lol, he knew what he was doing, but I had never seen a porn and never talked about it with friends... I knew nothing! I mean, he told me to put it in and I was like... um, where? He said where I put tampons, but I could never use them before that because I couldn't figure it out!!! Hahahaha that's hard for me to admit but it's true, I had no idea what was going on! And he was really well hung, so my body kind of went numb and it didn't feel like anything... it was very awkward lol. Emotionally, I was fine with it, until me and him got into an argument about a month or two later and broke up. That's when it really hit me, I have never taken a break up so bad. But it was absolutely worth it in the end.

There's no right way to do anything. It's all a matter of what you and your SO like. Watch porn if you want, it can help, or talk to friends for some tips, but the best thing to do is just experiment and find what you like :)

Blow jobs... just keep doing it until they tell you to stop. They'll let you know :)

  • lewk@xanga

    - A 'right way' is whatever works for both of you.
    - Talking dirty isn't anything I've requested, but it's kind of hot sometimes.
    - Thankfully my mom never walked in when I was living there. It depends on the situation, but it definitely wouldn't help
    - I really don't want a blowjob to stop before it's finished. I have no problem kissing after.

is smoking too much a bad idea beforehand? this is coming from someone who doesn't usually smoke as much as his partner typically would. Im not just talking about just it's affects on critical thinking and common sense. can marijuana affect performance?

  • angel_sister@xanga

It's ok to be afraid of getting pregnant. I always take precaution though.
Vigorous/deep penetrations can cause you to feel sore 'down there' afterwards. That's why we need lubrication.

  • SeeBeeWrite@xanga

@annonymous - Lol. I think it can. I hate it when my boyfriend tries to have sex while super high. It's kind of weird.

  • spitinyoureye@xanga

@Reckless@mancouch - That has nothing to do with it, I'm asthmatic and I can go for as long as he can...or until my jaw feels like it's going to fall off. :P

  • spitinyoureye@xanga

Girls: Is it normal to be worried about getting pregnant?

Of course, as long as you used a condom though you should be fine for the most part

Girls: Do you get sore/minor pains down there after alot of sex?

No not really the only time I've ever been sore is if the guy is really really skinny and his hip bones just jab the hell out of me

Girls: What was your first sexual experience like? (I mean, how did you feel, emotionally? physically?)

I was nervous but really excited, I was madly in love with my boyfriend....at the time ha and we made it really sweet with the candles and music and kissing, physically it seriously didn't hurt and I had my first orgasm which was terrifying because I had no idea what was going on and I have those electric ones where all my muscles tighten and I just sort of start shaking. Very neat though.

Guys/Girls: My SO says I don't know how to be "on top" (mind you, I just recently lost my virginity to him) and said I should do my homework (watch some porn)... I've tried a few times but I still can't figure it out. Is there really a "right way" to be on top?

It takes practice and time to learn your rhythm on top, watching porn won't help you with that haha though it may show you some neat moves you want to do...and wtf is wrong with your bf for saying such a rude ass comment to you. You just gave him your V-card and he's being critical of you? I'd smack his lips off.

Guys: Do guys really like it when girls talk dirty in bed? It makes me feel awkward and weird, yet my SO keeps asking me to say something dirty. My mind goes blank.

I know I'm not a guy but when I first started having sex I was really shy about saying things or making noises but as time goes on you get more comfortable in your own skin and confident and just say or do whatever you're feeling. Your mind doesn't have to go blank just think what your feeling. Ask him if he likes when you ride him, or tell him to spank you, or squeeze different body parts...then say harder haha, or pull your hair a little, things like that. It doesn't take much for them to get all jazzed.

  • x_Reckless_x@xanga

@spitinyoureye@xanga - Haha.. I'm not questioning any girl's ability to perform a blowjob. I'm just worried if she has enough breath left to perform other sex acts afterwards.

  • ForeverLove_xx@xanga

In response to the on top "issue," I think your boyfriends a bit of a douche.

  • Kaythan@xanga

Is it normal to be worried about getting pregnant? Absolutely.

Do you get sore/minor pains down there after alot of sex? Every once in a while.

What was your first sexual experience like? (I mean, how did you feel, emotionally? physically?) I was ecstatic because I lost it to the guy I love. But physically, it took so many tries before I could finally get past the pain. I remember the first few times I just wanted to get it over with because it felt so uncomfortable.

My SO says I don't know how to be "on top" (mind you, I just recently lost my virginity to him) and said I should do my homework (watch some porn)... I've tried a few times but I still can't figure it out. Is there really a "right way" to be on top? Uhh, that sounds like a pretty douchey request on his part, but if you really want to know, I say you ask him what he wants from you, because there's more than one "right way" to go about this.

  • eatdrinkandbemaryy@xanga

It's absolutely normal for a girl to worry about getting pregnant. however, it is also normal for a girls cycle to be off after you lose your virginity.

i don't get pains unless the guy didn't get me wet enough.

my first experience was really good actually.  of course it hurt, but then the pain just went away, and it was wonderful.

riding is kind of hard to get, honestly.  it takes like a lot of coordination/leg muscle.  i get too tired being on top.  just try to rhythmically squat? lol.

  • anonymous

Yes, It's normal to worry about getting pregnant. Condoms and birth control slip up still happen and babies still get born.

First of all, your boyfriend is a dick face. Of course, you don't know how to ride, you were a virgin before he came along. Duh. Some girls don't know how to ride a dick like a bike the first time on. Tell him to help you, by holding your hips or ass.

  • anonymous
regarding the dirty talk, you're boyfriend should've really known to best keep his mouth shut about certain topics lol. i wouldve apologized afterward. there's no explaining this without seeming douchey unless he was just kidding to lighten the mood because of his terrible sexing. if that truly is the case, he has a very odd sense of humor.
  • anonymous

His dad texted him in the middle of it. "Take girl home, IT'S SNOWING!" His mom walked in 10 minutes later to say the same thing. We had to yank the blankets over us.

His bedroom door doesn't even have a doorknob...scandalish.

  • anonymous

let your boyfriend know he's a douche. be blunt. maybe he'll love your honesty about it lol. expect him to get defensive at first. just keep going, he'll learn not to do it again if he cares about you.

  • xwhateverwheneverx@xanga

Girls: Is it normal to be worried about getting pregnant?

    YES

Girls: Do you get sore/minor pains down there after alot of sex?

sometimes if hes really rough or your not stimulated enough

Girls: What was your first sexual experience like? (I mean, how did you feel, emotionally? physically?)

fine at first hit me negatively later on when i realised the guy was was a dick.

physically barely felt it first time. 2nd time(on top) i loved it.

third time i had sex with another guy he made me feel so uncomfortable. was on top and hated it. it hurt even though it hadnt the first. im assuming because i was so uncomfortable and not ready.

if your enjoying yourself and feeling comfortable on top will come naturally. youll soon realise what movements feel good. obviously this guy isnt making you feel comfortable and he sounded a bit of a dick :S

he should be making you feel more comfortable. and showing you what to do. making sure your enjoying yourself.

unless your leading up too sex with a blow job i think they'd hate you too leave them unfinished.

  • NadoAngel@xanga

worrying about pregnancy is normal. but if you're properly using multiple birth control methods then you should be fine.

i'm usually a little sore right after sex, but it goes away within a half hour- hour.

my first experience was good for the most part. it hurt, but the guy was sorta small so that kinda helped... heh. i lost it to a guy who i had "loved" for 2 years though, so its not like i barely knew the person. i wish i would have waited longer than i did because i dont think i was totally ready emotinally, but its okay. it is what it is and i dont want to regret it.

about the 'on top' thing. well there's more than one 'right way.' and you cant perfect everything on the first try, also some potistions just arent met for some people. instead of watching porn you two just need to practice and while you're practicing the key is to communicate. he needs to tell you what works for him and vice versa. i dont think that this position is met for fast crazy sex either, when i do it i take it slow and easy. once i get the hang of it then i might speed it up a little, but usually if we want to go faster we just switch positions.

  • Bushy_Tailed@xanga

    Guys/Girls: My SO says I
don't know how to be "on top" (mind you, I just recently lost my
virginity to him) and said I should do my homework (watch some porn)...
I've tried a few times but I still can't figure it out. Is there really
a "right way" to be on top? Not really, do what ever makes you feel comfortable. Porn is nothing like real sex, and when the woman is on top she should do what she wants. That's the whole point of being on top.

    Guys:
Do guys really like it when girls talk dirty in bed? It makes me feel
awkward and weird, yet my SO keeps asking me to say something dirty. My
mind goes blank. I don't really care for much sex talk, but it's really up to you if you want to do it or not. I don't think you should be pushed into something that makes you feel awkward and weird. Do what you want to do.

Guys: If your mom almost walks in, does that automatically turn you off? I would probally just laugh histaricly if that ever happened.

Guys: How long do you like to get a blow job for? When should a girl stop and do you mind kissing after? I'd prefer if the girl finished the job; and some people, not myself, detest kissing afterward. It's probably something you should ask your SO about.

  • xwhateverwheneverx@xanga

btw sounds like hes SHIT IN BED :p
