I know I'm not a guy but when I first started having sex I was really shy about saying things or making noises but as time goes on you get more comfortable in your own skin and confident and just say or do whatever you're feeling. Your mind doesn't have to go blank just think what your feeling. Ask him if he likes when you ride him, or tell him to spank you, or squeeze different body parts...then say harder haha, or pull your hair a little, things like that.
