Whatever Happened to Vanessa?
I remember I was 5 years old, and I was going to the YMCA. As always, I wasn't too social, but my mom was lsitening to plenty of Tevin Campbell when I was young. There was this girl I thought looked pretty. Her name was Vanessa.
Whenever we went to the park, I would always go down the slide and play in the dirt with her. I called her my love.
One day, we had a thing called a buddy system, and a kid named Julius was holding her hand. But when I was young, I didn't really want her to be his buddy, because I liked her. Just enough to try and steal her away from him, too. I slid down the slide, and spent the whole few days that I could with her.
Ever since then, I have wondered just whatever happened to the girl I planted a kiss on the cheek to once, with Tevin Campbell's I'm Ready album playing in my head. Anytime I had a crush, it wasn't a woman-hopping thing to play with. I really liked them, and wanted to know what it is to be liked the way married people did.
Now that I grew up with experiences, a day does not go by where I don't think about what ever happened to Vanessa. It would help if I knew her last name.
Does anyone else know their youngest crush?

His name was Patrick. He looked like the boy from the Dennis the Menace movie. I got in trouble in second grade because I asked him to go to the movies with my family and I, and so did another girl. I told her she was lucky I couldn't punch her in the nose. He's my friend on myspace now, and I'm kind of glad I moved away. He sounds like a jerk.
I recently got in contact with the girl who was my first childhood crush via facebook.
We met in 1st grade and I had a crush on her and she kinda liked me, we'd hang out, and i even got her some of that lame jewelry from the 25 cent machines at the grocery store. The crush faded but we stayed friends for a few years. We lost touch in middle school and saw only each other in passing in high school and once during freshman year at a local community college. I last saw her was abt 2 and a 1/2 years ago outside of the dorms at that college. We chatted as she was on her way to class and thats the last we talked or saw eachother.
Then about a month ago she popped up on my people you might know list on the facebook sidebar. Turns out she is now engaged and has an 18 month old son. We've chatted a few times about how life is going and the past. Its nice to see she's doing well and to have someone to relive old memories with.
That's my story

Aw, mine was Caleb. It was probably 2nd or 3rd grade, and I remember once on a field trip he got scared because we went over a bridge so he held my hand. No idea where the kid is now, but he sure was a cutie back then.
lol my first (cheek) kiss was in kindergarten under the table in our classroom when everyone was leaving the room for recess. problem is, i don't remember anything else about him. LOL oh well. so much for an interesting first crush story.
Aw, this was such a cute post! :3
My very first crush was Leonard, and he was a kid I met in Pre-K who was always beat up because he wore glasses and liked talking about dinosaurs a lot. Luckily, I did too at the time! ^_^ I was friends with him all through Kindergarten but then I switched schools. I have no idea what ever happened to him. I hope he's well.
My name's Vanessa! =D..But I'm posting anonymously because I have a secret blog...
His name was Tim, he had red hair, and he was a brilliant saxophone player. (That was the beginning of a life-long fascination with musicians) I was 9 years old, he was 11. I don't think he knew I existed, but I didn't care. No idea what happened to him. He moved away many years ago.
Yeah, mine grew up to be a white trash, druggie with a couple kids.
My first real crush would probably be this guy named Danny. It was in 5th grade, and we had math class together. I just remembered that he told really lame jokes, but I would laugh anyway 'cause I liked him. I think he liked me too ... but he moved away at the end of 5th grade. We were supposed to go to the same high school, but I haven't talked to him since that last day.
I wonder how he's doing right now or where he's going to school. (Not in a creepy stalker-ish way). :x
Mine is now a raging meat head on the football team. No loss there. lol
Oh man, my first crush.
His name was Josh, and we were in kindergarten. We went to the same after school daycare, a very nice one might I add. It had a pretty big playground and a large swimming pool where lessons were taught, and they held sleepovers every Friday night. Josh and I were pretty much inseparable. On sleepover nights our sleeping bags were always right next to each others' and I remember us hugging through them sometimes. He also gave me my first kiss (though I don't really count it as one being that we were so young) during a swim lesson. We were learning to hold our breath and on the count of three we went under and he just sort of grabbed my face and mashed his lips on mine. We both almost drowned because of it. :P
He was in my class until 2nd grade and I would always look at his papers while he was doing them just because I liked his handwriting. I honestly wasn't cheating hahaha. He eventually moved to Arizona and I never saw him again after that.
His name was Justin. Justin something. I had such a huge crush on him in kindergarten. He was always crying and I've always wondered why. I still remembered the way he looked and it has been twenty three years now.
...I'm pretty sure my first crush was Nick Carter. I started liking the boys that were actually around me sometime after that.
*walks away humming Quit Playing Games*
My first crush that I can remember.. Hmm.... Oh yeah, This guy named John. He grew up to be a total tool.
Oh God, my youngest crush was Nate. I don't know his last name xD but he was always so quiet and mysterious.
Meow.
It's been like ten years.
Jeeze.
My first real crush was in middle school with a girl name Katie. She was the kind of girl you couldn't really pick out of a crowd but I simply adored her. She was very smart and shy, soft spoken and a real bookworm. When I was young, I was always kind of an outcast and I remember her smiling and saying "thank you" to me for holding the door open to class for her. At lunch, she would sit alone eating her sandwich and reading her book. I don't think she ever knew I existed and outside of class, we never really spoke to each other. I often spent science class day dreaming about her and all these elaborate things I could do to win her heart (this often involved me doing something heroic and her giving me a kiss for my bravery). LOL, give me a break, I was just a kid.
I've not thought of her for so long and now I'm rather curious as to what became of her.
i know where my youngest crush is. he's a drunkard at my homestate's university.
My childhood sweetheart was Francis. He was my neigbor. He really liked me according to my friends. I liked him too but I never got around to tell him. We used to go walking down the river holding hands while we played with his baby brother. We used to claim an old abandon house ours with our friends. We used to play "scardy cat" in his room with our friends. We used to spend our lazy afternoons climbing trees or lounging around on the hammock. He moved away and I would only see him once a year but he's changed. He doesnt even say hi anymore. I moved to US and never heard of him ever since then. I later found out when I visited my country that he commited suicide and hung himself.
haha i don't remember her name but i remember always trying to spend time with her at recess. it was in kindergarten. life was so great then!
Lol, I was a 3-4-5-6-7 yr old whore haha. I'm not a playaaa I just crush ahhh-lot
luke, when i was like five, haha. we were "boyfriend and girlfriend."
@XoAsianBabioX@xanga - oh, happy endings! :)

hes a rebel now xD
Her name was Verla, and it was the first grade. We talked too much during class, and our teacher assigned her to another desk. But we kept sneaking looks at each other. She wanted to marry me, and leave lipstick marks all over my face.
i saw several picture of myself in preschool, and some boy has his arm around me in a bunch of them! no idea who he was, i have no recollection of that at all...
