Sex When Aunt Flo is in Town?
The other day me and boyfriend I were hanging out. I figured since I had my period I wouldn't be doing anything with him, but then I guess just seeing him really aroused me and I was hornier than usual. I wanted to have sex with him so bad but he turned me down to many times before every time I have my period. He says that its kind of gross but I really don't think so. So out of curiosity I just wanted to know what a lot of people (especially guys') opinion about having sex with a girl who has their period. I don't know if my boyfriend is just really picky or is there something wrong with me for wanting to have sex with him during my period.
What's your opinion and your own experiences with this kind of situation?

It also relieves cramping to have sex.
It's not worth the mess. Even if you lay on towels or plastic or whatever, it's still not worth it. And just ew.
Well... some guys will think it's gross and girls are usually self conscious about it.
I've done it. It's not that bad. Especially when you're with a mature guy who wont make a big deal about it, it helps calm your nerves.
I mean... I've gotten over it. I'm still self conscious but I'll do it if he's up to it. Thankfully my guy is okay with blood and doesn't mind. I've met a lot of guys who are the same. Apparently its one of those things guy dont care about nearly as much as we think they do.
But again, there will always be guys out there who are totally grossed out.
I know several guys who find it sexy so they will want to have sex with their girlfriends as soon as she stops.
And yes, my guy friends did ask me about it and I reassured them that their girlfriends most likely won't mind since we do get a bit more aroused right before and during our period.

If she's hornier than usual on her period, it can be damn good sex. Just make sure you're in a place where you can easily clean up. He can wear a condom and she can hang off the bed.
I wouldn't like the mess (but that's why shower sex exists) and I think that I could also get really uncomfortable because of all of the crazy muscle flexing that my uterus is up to.

I never liked the idea of having sex at that time of the month whereas my last boyfriend didn't really care. If I wasn't against it so much he would.
I've done it twice. After the first time, it's not so bad as long as you take a shower afterwards. And wear a condom.
Physiologically most girls become much more horny while on their period. Hormone levels spike and your body wants it. Some girls find that sex while on their period lessens the pain they usually have, and others say it intensifies the pain. So no you're not weird for wanting sex.
Most guys I know who are scared of just hearing about girls on their periods in general are wary of having sex with a girl on her period. I don't see a problem with it. The smell can get kinda nasty sometimes, and you have to go clean up right away but still nothing wrong with it. If you want to get your guy to do it with you, try to convince him to try it in the shower, least there you both get cleaned up right away and he should be less wary about it. Plus just tell him when you're on your period you're more horny than usual that might help too heh.

Sex while your on your period can be some of the best sex. Everything is much more sensitive than usual, and although some guys are weirded out by it, you'd be surprised by the amount that can be mature and enjoy it.
And come on, it really isn't that much more messy. Just a different color. :) Lol.

I read somewhere if you wanted to do it on your period to do it in the shower (of coarse) and in the kitchen. They usually have surfaces easy to clean.

Haha, it's like somebody's reading my mind! I was totally about to ask about this. But I am a big supporter of period sex. Do it in the shower or lay down a dark towel for easier cleanup, but I don't see why you would let your period stop you from having sex!
I've probably had sex on my period just as many or more times as while I'm off it. It does wonders for relieving cramps and improving my mood.
i have personally did have sex on my period. And yes, i believe when a women is on her period that the she is suprisingly more horny than usual. and yes, the sex was awesome...the only bad part is the messy part. OBVIOUSLY.
It actually slows the flow down to have sex when you're on your period. It also helps with cramps and crankiness. My boyfriend doesn't care. He just doesn't rub me with his hand. We have our ways of foreplay while "aunt flow" is around.
I'm happy my boyfriend doesn't care, because I get extra horny on my period like a lot of girls do.

My husband likes it. He gets turned on by blood, so he finds it really hot. And I've noticed it helps cramps... :)
Pros: It will relieve cramps, supposedly orgasms are better (for the girl).
Cons: It's messy, some people are freaked out by the blood....
If you are going to do it, have him wear a condom and do it in the shower. It's not the worst thing ever.
