I'm not sure about a top 10, but I've always thought that "If I Never Knew You" from Pocahontas was the most romantic song ever, even as a little girl.
I also think Bon Jovi's "Bed of Roses" is very romantic.
Of all love songs, I will attest to saying the majority of black people I know LOVE K-Ci and Jojo's one. I got near sick of hearing it, after hearing it over and over in commercials. haha! That's a wedding song right there.

I love Don't Want To Miss A Thing so much! I may decide to have that played at my wedding. :) Another song that I love is It's Your Love by some country singer. I can't remember his name, but it always just gets me.
Bon Jovi have some awesome ballads. Right now I love Michael Buble's cover of 'Call Me Irresponsible'.
