My boyfriend calls my mother by her first name to her face, and she loathes it. How do I let him know that the two of them just aren't that close yet?
My girlfriend insists on having the passwords to my email and Facebook accounts. How do I let her know that I need my privacy?

well if they are questions like those, I'd have to say be calm, keep friendly and be honest. They should understand.

Both of those questions... just be honest. If they can't handle it then it's likely they wouldn't handle bigger problems well anyway.
lol. i dont see why they can't just be honest with those two question. isn't that what relationship is about? honesty and communication. but then again, sometimes its hard to do

Tell him calmly to to respect your parents and how uneasy it makes your mother feel. If he loves you, he will take that simple change.
For the email and facebook password, i can confidently tell u to tel your gal to go h**g.she doesnt trust u and should find someone else. But she is very good in all other aspects apart from this insecurity and mistrust, then give her the passwords to settle things. After all, u can always open another email and facebook account to communicate things u dont want her to know.
