Random Sex Facts
I was waiting for my SO to bring me some much needed breakfast this morning, when I fell into a Google coma. After a series of searches and clicks, I came across a site that listed a bunch of sex “facts.” I’ve listed the ones I found most interesting below:
1.On average, adult men think about sex every seven seconds.
2. Statistics show that approximately 90% of men and 65% of women masturbate from time to time.
3. Outside of the bedroom, the most common place for adults in the U.S. to have sex is the car.
4. Many of the ingredients in chocolate are proven to cause arousal similar in effect to sexual foreplay. In fact, some experts believe chocolate may be even more effective than foreplay for sexual arousal
5. One report states that 48% of women have faked an orgasm at least once in their life. Interestingly, an identical 48% of men also report faking an orgasm at least once.
6. Throughout the world, approximately 25% of people report having had only one sexual partner. Conversely, 21% of people report having more than 10 sexual partners in their lifetime.

Men fake orgasms? Lol.
I read that the seven seconds thing isn't true.
And I believe the car thing. Lol. That's my second most common place.
And have you ever kissed someone who just ate chocolate?? Blegh.
Oh and I've faked an orgasm a couple times. Usually when I'm drunk and she wants to go a couple times and after like an hour I just give up and pretend lol
I find that offensive. It's more like every 10 minutes, not seven seconds.
The one about men thinking about sex every 7 seconds... how do they measure that? and why are there never statistics on how often women think about it?
The only way I can think of to measure how often men think about sex is to have them write down every time they think about it, and if you ask someone to do that, of course they'll think about it more often than they normally would.
I've heard the seven seconds one is not true.

The seven seconds "fact" is total bullshit. Nothing would ever get done if this were true and all it takes is just a little bit of logic to realize that it is pretty much an impossibility.

Um, much more than 65% of women masturbate. Lists like this are enjoyable but unless they have a massive source list underneath I never take them seriously.
Interesting facts, I don't believe the sex thing, I hardly think about sex as a man.
I knew most of these tbh, but I didn't know 48% of men faked orgasm. I find that kind of funny.

The one where men think about sex every seven seconds isn't true. I can't make it past three.
But really, it's just a made up internet meme.
#2) Is a higher % of each gender. Some people are afraid to admit it.
#5) I am totally convinced that the number of women faking is a much higher percentage. Most women have never experienced the kind of orgasm that they should and could, specifically because of our western male oriented porn mentality.
I am not against porn, but when men pop Viagra watch porn and pound away too soon like a jack hammer thinking they are woman pleasing studs, it will actually dull and numb the hell out of some of the more then 8,000 nerve fibers that run inside of the vulva, in addition to another 15,000 near by. As a result this will greatly inhibit there ability to release multiple orgasms. Not good.

Most of these don't seem true to me. There are many "facts" out there that aren't true, but made up. Once you read a number, percentage, or fraction, you believe it's true. Ever heard of the one that says human beings on average eat 8 spiders in their lifetime while sleeping.
