Why do guys date crazy girls and then complain about how crazy they are?
She calls too much, she's crazy.
She drunk dials me, she's crazy.
She's always jealous, she's crazy
My guy friends are always complaining about the girls they date and how crazy they are. Just because a girl is jealous, controlling or insecure, does not make her crazy. It just means she's a jealous girlfriend or an insecure girlfriend or she just has an anal retentive personality. I mean, we're not talking fatal attraction here.
Actually, I do have a theory about the crazy girls my guy friends bash about. Did you know the hotter a girl, the crazier she gets?
I honestly believe that. You almost never hear about a plain girl being crazy and you will always hear a guy say "why are all the hot ones psychotic?" My theory is that girls who are hot can afford to be all crazy and still get guys to go after them vs. the not so hot girl, who has to try harder and also adapt a kick ass personality to get guys.
As I continue to hear my guy friends complain about this girl and that girl, I ask them why don't they just settle for a girl that's not-so-hot, then they wouldn't have so much drama. Their response is "hell no!"
So what do you think about my theory? Am I on to something or do I just have whiny friends?

Yeah, I'd rather go for the not-so-hot (but hopefully still relatively cute) girl.
ive seen friends that have crazy girlfriends. there are some girls out there that make me ashamed to belong to the same gender as them.
one of my friend's exes followed him when he moved across state, and now that hes back home, she stalks his myspace and facebook to find out what hes up to, follows him around town, always asks his friends what hes up to and who he's hanging out with. she even tried to stab him when he broke up with her.
Hmm, I'm not so sure that all hot girls are really crazy.

@utoppia@xanga - he's tried, but he's a "troublemaker" in town, so the cops wont listen to him. and i think his ex is screwing one of the cops too, so yeah. She has the cops convinced that he beat her up when they were dating and all kinds of crazy stuff.
There was an episode of "How I Met Your Mother" that talked about "crazy eyes" on a hot girl who looked great but would inevitably show her crazy side.
I'm going to have to go with the Crazy-Hot Scale on this one.

guys complaint hot girls are crazy b/c they only dated the hot one!
the hot girls have everything handed to her ever since she's at a young age, so everything just seems.......non-important; hence, the need for drama to spice up her life b/c being perfection is............Boring!
plus, the hotter the girl, the more insecure they are deep inside although they don't shows it!

Everyone's crazy to a certain extend. i think that since hot girls are used to getting attention all the time whenever someones not willing to give that to them they'll do anything to obtain it. doesnt matter if it makes them look bad/crazy.

I have to disagree on this one... I'd say all women have the same capacity for craziness.
One of my ex's was one of the craziest (though not psychotic) chicks I've ever heard of and she was cute, not hot.
From my experience, hot girls are crazy because their previous boyfriends had to beat on their self-esteem in order to "keep them". Ergo alot of them have self-esteem issues which in term leads to CraZineSS. All i do when i see a pretty girl is nod my head and say "you pretty girls". A curse and a blessing if you ask me.
Meh, kinda makes sense.
But I'm sure there's some not-so-hot-but-crazy-girl out there o3o.

Yeah, I completely agree, I'd go for the not hot but cute girl, because she's probably got the personality I'm looking for, and she'd probably be the prettiest girl in the world to me. That's all that matters. Most hot chicks have egos to uphold, and therefore carry the same level of attitude...no bueno
@DeathzDezign@xanga - Forreals, I know what you mean. On top of that, a lot of guys go for the "hot" girl which means if you're dating a "hot" girl, she's a target. Hot girls can get almost any guy (doesn't mean they can keep any guy), which means they might be tempted to cheat on you or they'll be constantly hit on.
Hope what I'm saying doesn't piss off any hot girls. Of course, there are exceptions. There are some pretty awesome hot girls out there. haha =P
