Down and Dirty on the First Date?

There's a Drake (I love his songs, but of course, not his "Best I Ever Had" video, UGH) song called "Brand New" and one of the lyrics is: Did you spend the night in his bed on the very first date?

What do you think about...

1. Having sex on the first date? Girls and boys. (OMG! SLUT! EW! or Having sex is fun, why not? or...?)
2. Having sex on the first date, and then have an ongoing relationship? (Doesn't happen! or Lucky! or...?)

No I do not believe you should have sex on the first date but that is just me. I was raised by real old fashioned parents. Some of the things they have taught me I have held onto and this was one of them.

No wayyyy...unless it's Drake or Johnny Depp or Chace Crawford or Ed Westwick. . . and the list is endless ;)
But my point is everyone fantasizes about having a one night stand with that boy/girl who is just so freakin hot that you don't want anything else. . . BUT I don't think it can transpire into a relationship. . .but that's just me. . .
In all seriousness, I wouldn't have sex on the first date because, like you said, that's just dirtyyy but I don't have a problem with people who do. To each his own.

It's really sad how sex has become something you do to FIND love, and not something that is an expression OF love. Now society says, if it doesn't work out for whatever reason and we get hurt in the process, oh well, but at least we had fun doing it.

I think it shows lack of respect for both you and your "date" but whatever.

I love his music too, though the video was really silly. I think of it in a meaningful manner and why did he have to ruin it. Like "my shirt ain't got no stripes but I can make your p***** wet" retarded!Anyway, sex on the first date. Not a problem either way. Every situation and slut is just a social construct anyway.If you want to, fine.Me, I'd rather get to know you. I like feeling and meaning, way more than physical.

I had sex on the first date with my now fiancee. We just clicked and it just happened...now two years later I have to say that you can never tell! I didn't expect it to go anywhere- he was just some kid in one of my classes who I started talking to on facebook. We eventually set a date to grab dinner and ended up spending over 24 hours together! Every situation is different I guess.

it depends on wat ur looking for, if u are just looking for fun, then sex on the first date is ok, but if ur looking for a serious relationship then no, and personally im not looking for a serious so i say go ahead and fuck away
