Man vs. Dog
It's already a known fact among men that women can hardly resist a man walking a cute pup. Sometimes it seems that men flaunt their adorable dog just to attract the attention of females. Although the dogs may just be the bait to this scheme, do the women fall for the dogs or the men?
According to an article, single women prefer dogs over men.
I completely understand why! Women (myself included) like to be in control. Women can't train their boyfriends to not burp, fart, put their feet up on the coffee table, put the toilet seat down etc. However women can train their dogs to pee and poop in the right place, sit when told, and so much more. After a long day of work, a woman can come home to find an adorable pup waiting patiently. Best of all, a dog will never leave.
So, is this article true?

Soo true, I would choose my dogs over my husband any day, and he is a good guy!!!

how dumb. if they are single and don't have a man that they are interested in OF COURSE they are gonna love a puppy first. because a puppy loves everyone and gives them the attention and love that they may feel they are lacking by being "alone."
Yeah I don't love when my bf farts but i wouldn't break up with him about it. burping doesnt bug me. and keeping the toilet seat doesn't. it bugs me when im the only one to put the new roll of toilet paper on though. lol.
Why would a woman want to train a man? They are adults...they don't need training.
No they like a man who walks a cute pup because that man is confidant enough to flaunt their teeny tiny pup. A guy who is responsible enough take care of another one.

In some ways, yeah. Â Relationships are great, don't get me wrong, but a dog will always love you unconditionally no matter what your hair looks like or if you didn't feel like shaving for three days straight.

My fiance is a good man ... he was easier to train than my dog.
I think the question you should be asking yourself is:
Do you want a slave or a boyfriend?
@JustGoneCrazy - Why thank you kindly :} See, you dont really have to train a guy, they know the basics then they follow your lead. Once doggies reach a certain age, its harder to train them.
I like guys who can show they're caring and love animals, and responsible enough to take good care of them.
While they're incomparable, as a single woman I'd feel more compelled to have a dog on the basis that generally, I like animals more than people.
i prefer the man over the dog. dogs are sometimes messy and poo and pee on the carpet. at least my boyfriend can flush the toilet and clean up after himself. lol. having a dog is like having a baby!

I'd pick my dog over most guys, but I certainly wouldn't say men in general. That is far too broad a statement for me. Of course, a lot of guys are jealous of my dog, but that's okay.
I agree with FallenReign. I'd pick my big rotty over most guys too. :p
