Friday Fun: How Long Did Your Shortest Relationship Last?
My shortest relationship lasted a delightful three weeks. Whoops. He was nice and we had fun, but it wasn't meant to be. And while three weeks sounds pithy and, well, pitiful, I had friends who lasted with their guys for days - and one who only lasted a matter of hours.

What was the shortest amount of time you were officially dating someone? What went wrong and caused you to break up?

1 month officially... only broke up last week.. we'd been good friends for atleast 6 months first but it turns out he still had feelings for his ex as we only got together 2 weeks after they split, which i guess was stupid of me to be so naive that we could just rush into things like that but although i'm sure he did like me, now i just feel like a total rebound :/

My shortest "relationship" was about two weeks. My friend "introduced" us right here on xanga and we talked online and the phone alot and went on a couple of dates. He turned out to be a major jackass.

Well My shortest real relationship was a year and 5 days. I realized (a little too late) that he wasn't the one for me. He was disrespectful towards me, talked about how much he hated my dad after I told him a million times to stop!, tried to pressure me to do a lot of stuff that I didn't agree with. I guess you could say that he was a jerk, but it took me a year to figure that out.

My shortest relationship? A week. I don't even know why we broke up, she stopped talking to me for some reason I may never know, and so I couldn't hold up the relationship on my own. There we go.
Why do girls do that anyways? You can't pledge your feelings to someone, then change them almost immediately, how is the guy supposed to feel when you play them like that? I mean... come on, why do it?

around 2 weeks.
we broke up because I dumped him for my long term ex-boyfriend (4 years),who came to me after 3 months break. He kinda my rebound boyfriend.
