  • How to Know If A Girl Likes You

So I'm bored out of my calcium studded skull and do not feel witty or sly in any way shape or form. So I am writing the most boring blog on the internet. Hopefully with a little but more PIZAZZ than normal.

HOW TO KNOW IF A GIRL LIKES YOU.

    1. She ignores you.

This is what I do. I never said it was effective, but if one minute you two are talking and then she just walks away and ignores you, then the dim light  bulb in her head might have gone off that HEY! SHE REALIZED SHE LUURRRVVES YOU. (obviously, this is an exaggeration.) But for reeuhlz. If a girl is completely ignoring you, this is why.

    2. She texts you. All the time.

Just to see what's up. Just to say hi. Just to tell you that she made some toast and on it was a picture of your face and she's going to sell it on eBay for a billion bucks. But srsly. If she is texting you, it's a good sign she wants to talk to you. So don't be a LOSER JERK and give her only one-word text messages because that is the WORST THING POSSIBLE. And it is VERY frustrating. (am I right girls or what??)

    3. She compares you to Edward Cullen.

Just kidding. That would be an insult.

    4. You hear it from someone.

So I am impossible at keeping my mouth shut and there are always a few people who know which guy has been on my mind lately. Hopefully the news gets to him, hopefully it doesn't. But guys, if you hear something don't disregard it as petty gossip because it may be legit!

    5. She Facebook stalks you

You may not know that she does this, but it's a definite sign. Just get one of your nerd-buddies (we all have them) to try and find the footprints for who's been on your Facebook and if over 70% are from one girl, she's either a grade-A creep, or she liiikkkeeesss youuuu!!

    6. She tries to talk to you.

If she goes up to you and starts a conversation and does this more than 5 times then she likes you. Assuming she doesn't talk to you about relevant stuff. If it's completely random either she's crazy or crazy in lovveee. AWW!

What are some other signs you give out if you like someone else?!1/?!?!?11!/one?!?1!!!!!!11one !!1!1!1?/??//?

@PeacefulTransitions@xanga - I disagree. I like this Datingish site and it is supposed to be a serious blog where people write their problems about boys, girls and dating. I didn't come to this site to click on a title, "How To Know If A Girl Likes You" and find out it is worth nothing.

And yes, in my book, this post is still an EPIC FAIL.

I'm a bookworm and I read thousands of different writings from other people. When you are writing something satirical, please don't use that title, as some people would think that you are actually going to write something seriously RELATED to your title.

And so what if I call this an EPIC FAIL? I'm a reader and also a critic.

As for Edward Cullen, if you don't like him at all, why mention him? Teens usually like gay-ish characters and swoon over them as if they'll die if they don't gush about these men.

Just like one time, when I was in the movies with my sister watching Lord Of The Rings, everywhere I turn, I could hear oohs and aahs from love-struck teens gushing over Orlando Bloom, when frankly, he looks TOO gay-ish to be even called HOT in that movie. He had "angel white" long hair and he was too frail.

I'd rather have a rugged man. Now, that is hot.

And by the way, I don't want people to write something that's not the truth. If you want to write something that is not the truth, then write stories. I love stories. If you post one, then I am sure I will come back and read it. But this isn't fiction or a short story, so yeah, as a critic, I am giving you a blunt but honest criticism.

@fried_ryce@xanga - Edward Cullen doesn't do it for me either. You're not the only one!

haha this is funny, I do all of these things!

  • PeacefulTransitions@xanga

@c_jamaica@xanga - I don't think you expect everyone to write either honest truth, or stories. There's a happy medium called an opinion. This is my opinion, and I don't think what you are giving me is critiscism, but rather just you insulting every part of what I've written. Critism is supposed to help people get better, not just tell them that what they have written is garbage.

The title? and expecting it to be something completly serious? Maybe you haven't quite caught up, but don't judge a book by it's cover. And I'm sorry, I'm new on xanga and I guess I haven't learned that Datingish is supposed to be only for people posting THE COMPLETE HONEST TRUTH AND NO LIES EVER. Well, sorry, but everyone is different. As much as you wish, not everyone is like you, and xanga isn't for clones of you.

As for Edward Cullen, I mentioned him because he's such a HUGE deal and I am anti-Twilight and I thought it would provide a bit of humor to what I've written. I guess you still don't pick up on the sarcastic nature of that bit.

Please, in the future, refrain from insulting others, their thoughts, their actions, and their writings, and try to be a bit more helpful than just stating "This is an EPIC FAIL. My opinion/what I do is better than yours and obviously I'm better than you so please refrain from posting anything but what I think is right ever ever forever again."

I think the subject of this post should be retitled to "How to Know if a TEENAGE Girl Likes You."
I personally haven't employed the majority of these.... "techniques" since high school.
