  • Help - This Girl is Confusing.

I've always told myself not to date in the workplace, I've been through that once and I'm almost making a mistake doing it again. This girl and I went to watch "The Hangover" as a friendly "hangout" but it turned into us cuddling and holding hands during the movie. And after the movie she gave me a goodnight kiss. I was going to text/call her the next day but my luck ran out and I dropped my phone in a bucket of water, of all places. The day after that we end up working the same shift together and it was awkward.

I was nervous and tried making small talk but nothing came out, and whenever I asked what was wrong, she said she was tired. Everyone knows that's total bulls  hit and there's something on your mind. I ignored it and pretended it was nothing. Two days after that I had just caught her after work and she said she was confused about everything and agreed to talk about it with me, then gave me a peck on the lips before she left.

Now, I tried texting her but she never texted back. I kept texting her then I realized that she might have thought it annoying for me to text her a billion times so I stopped. It just bothers me that when we talk in person we have a normal conversation then say that we're talk about our dilemma but when I text I don't get shit.

Today I really wanted to work since she was there, but the only way I could was to close so I could spend an hour with her before she got off work. That hour happened and I came up to her saying "Seriously, we need to talk." How does she respond? She says "Yeah, we do." And what happens at 7? She leaves.

I break down, freak out and almost have an anxiety attack in front of customers. I go on break and call her, saying again that we needed to talk and she says "I'll call you when I get home from my friend's house." Still no call.

So my question is this: Am I wasting my time with this girl or should I continue to be patient and wait for her to come around? any advice helps, I need it.
