"I'm a Regular Here At Datingish"
Imagine this.Datingish is a little swanky bar, where in on the jukebox is nothing but songs revolving around love, breakups, sex, hooking up, anything that has a thing to do with attraction. What is being served here at the Datingish minibar is some of your favorite drinks or liquor. Non-alcoholic beer or water for those who aren't really drinkers.
We all get together and ask for the drinks, and in exchange, we all sigh as soft as the wind, and we involve somebody to fix your problem or talk about love. Anything that just happens to be on your mind, we talk about it. Cheating girlfriends, you cheating on them, friend zones, all over a tall glass of whatever you ordered. Some might even be drunk enough to give you crazy misunderstood advice, or some may be nice and honest enough to tell you what you need to do.
Either way, someone is listening and someone is hoarding the karaoke machine. (Remember, the jukebox plays nothing but love songs all day and night. And it matters not if you can sing. All you know is that you have that blues.) The person you know comes in, and says "I'm a regular here at Datingish", and spills out a new problem or situation everyday, before heading off to their wives, alone, to their girlfriends or with someone who just happens to have problems, too.
Does anybody catch that feeling from Datingish? Are you a regular here at Datingish? What's your poison tonight?

Haha, I'm totally a regular. I'm drinking root beer; I don't love the taste of alcoholic drinks.
Edit: I've changed my mind. I just remembered how much I like gin & tonic, haha.

I'm a regular. I used to be on the front page of comments all the time but I've gotten lazy with xanga.
I've never particularly caught that feeling, but now I'm probably going to every single time I get on here. I'm a regular, sure. I'll take a bottle of vodka and a table in the corner.

I'm an irregular. The potentially destructive advice sometimes contained in my comments reflects that.
Sorry I peed on the jukebox. In my defense, it really did resemble a neon urinal after 17 beers and my bladder is dysfunctional.
Ha, yes. And we all bring our biased views and baggage to give relationship advice even though most of us have probably failed at healthy relationships!

OoOOoh I'm a total regular here. This is the only blogring (or whatever this thing is called) that I subscribe to. And I have a lot to say so it works! lol And when you say you need to say ID, would that tell you how often I'm on this thing or what sort of opinions I've shared in the past? lol

=O! I shall say that I am new but I have gone through and read a lot of posts new and old. They're very intriguing and have helped slightly with my perspective. I don't usually leave comments, I prefer to read. There are so many good writers here! :D
As for the drink, I'll keep it legal and just take some water... with ice :3
Wouldn't be great if Datingish was a real place like that? We should all do mini-Datingish events like this in our nearest Metropolitan cities.
