i try not to, because i've found that i much prefer sharing my orgasmic experiences with my husband. and he more than takes care of me.

How often depends on a lot of factors: my mood, proximity to my sexual partner, opportunity (I'm a college student with roommates!), and time of month.
But I'd say typically when I'm not around my bf for extended periods of time, and when I have a single room... maybe 2-3 times a day?
When I don't have a boyfriend, it's usually about 2-3 times a week on average. When I have a (non long distance) boyfriend, it usually goes down to zero since my needs are already highly satisfied.

Had I known there was a National Masturbation Month, I might've been more active about it :) Depends on lots of factors though, usually my SO keeps me satisfied but sometimes I feel a need and he's not around...i do it whenever i feel like it. lol. my bf and i were away from each other during the school year so it got useful. but now we're reunited and have enough sex to keep me satisfied. but sometimes im bored and im like heyy y not. but yeaa i didn't do it much this month i was much too busy with finals and then my bf came back... they should make april or something national masturbation month.. lol and who came up with this month long celebration??
