  • "No, I'm Not in High School...And You're Married!"

A guy came to fix our DTV (which had only been installed a couple days and was already messed up) and he seemed pleasant. At first.  He made small talk, tested our equipment, then fixed everything. Awesome customer service, I thought.

Then he started hitting on me and got a bit aggressive!  Um... wtf.

Maybe he is only trying to sell me stuff, like upgrading to HD, I thought. I answered his question by explaining that only my parents lived in the house and 5 channels of Vietnamese do not justify an HD receiver and the additional cost each month (their words, not mine.)

TV Guy: You don't live here?
Me: No, I have a place in Philly.
TV Guy: You're not in high school?
Me: Um...no. (with a look of disgust on my face)

WAIT.  He hit on me even though he thought I was in high school?!  So I got him out of the house ASAP.  As he went to shake my hand, he gave me his left hand (?!), and that was when I noticed the gold wedding band!

Why do guys do that?  Guys - have you ever done that?  Girls - has this ever happened to you?
Or is it just me who happen to draw in these creeps/losers?  FML
