You Vs. Your SO: Is It Complicated?
Both of ours say "in a relationship," but neither of us really likes linking our names on the profiles (it's a little too carve-your-initials-on-a-tree for me), so...yeah!

Oh, just "in a relationship". He doesn't have Facebook. And nothing's complicated between us.
His isn't on there at all, mine says "In a Relationship"
mostly because some people can't know that we're dating (we work together and like to keep a professional workspace)...
although I do post about it on xanga...and my website is linked...no one really visits it so I'm not worried.

when my ex and i started going out, we both just got rid of relationship statuses so that it didn't say anything at all. you don't get a thousand comments when/if you break up, that way.

Neither of us have a facebook. :) After all of the nonsense I've read tonight about the horrors of relationships and facebook, I don't see anything I need from it, haha.
On myspace our relationship statuses are, however, "In a relationship." Because we're in love, and in a relationship. We aren't single, we aren't married or engaged; so, "In a relationship" would be what we are.
I don't see what's so complicated about relationship statuses. In fact, a relationship status online or in real life is not complicated. It's simple. The people in the "relationship" however, have the ability to complicate it.

mine said nothing at all while his said single, until my sister basically forced me to do it. she wouldn't stop nagging me and i had to put "in a relationship with __" just to shut her up.
Mine would be : Yes, very complicated, see I'm going to marry him but he doesn't know it yet and him living in a different city kinda gets in the way......

I got rid of my facebook a long time ago. In general though I think my guy is ready to shout his feelings to the world and I am much more unsure about everything.....
I don't have one, but maybe I should get one...It;s getting harder for me to keep in touch with people.
