Hey all, I was reading this blog where a girl wrote that she didn't know what kinds of lingerie or whatever to wear for her boyfriend to spice things up a bit.
So, I was tempted to post and share my (and my boyfriend's ;] ) favorite lingerie/dress up finds. Pics and links are under the cut (may be NSFW depending on how cool your employer is).

this the other day on sale
(for TEN bucks!) at Wet Seal. I've always loved the corset/lace up style, so I was instantly drawn to this top. I wore it with some skimpy black panties the day after I bought it, and my boyfriend loved it. He even suggested I wear it with my roomate's leather pants, haha. I tried it on with jeans, which he also enjoyed. I could even wear it out to a party or something, which I like.
This one is a bargain at $9. I didn't like it all that much, but was looking for a comfy sleep shirt that I wouldn't get too hot in. I tried it on with my bra, and my boobs pop like whoa. I knew my boyfriend would like it, haha. So, it got added to my collection of lingerie. It could work with a pair of sexy panties, and it also works with other lingerie. I've worn it with a pink garter belt, white tights, and a sheer white tutu. It may not sound all that great, but my boyfriend is always asking when we'll "play dress up" again ;)
I wear
this tutu sometimes. I love dressing up crazy in general, so I knew I had to get this tutu. I didn't know at the time that it would be one of my boyfriend's favorite accessories of mine ;) This was sort of pricey
(17 dollars), but in my opinion, totally worth it.
I got
these stockings (he looooooves stockings) in both black & white.
To hold the stockings up (and to look extra sexy), I bought a
garter belt.
I also search the sale bins at
Victoria's Secret high and low for panties I like. I almost never buy full price. If I do, it's the 3 for $25 deals, and rarely, the 3 for $30. I haven't found anywhere else that has sexy underwear as comfortable as the undies at VS.
One thing I'd like from anyone who's reading this is for you to tell me where you find YOUR lingerie, so we can all share & shop & be happy (and so can our boyfriends ;] )

The DEB actually has really cute underwear for cheap (most expensive pair I've seen is $4.99!)
Hahaha, when you said tutu, I was imagining ballerina tutus. I love that first one, it's gorgeous.
No tips here...I just sift through the bargain racks at whatever stores are near. You can find bargains pretty much everywhere if you look hard enough.
Kmart is usually a good place. Their Joe Boxer underwear are usually 3 for 12 or something like that and come in a variety of different styles.
I live just outside Chicago and we have a small chain of stores around here called "Discovery" [www.discoveryclothing.com] that has cute lingerie for very little money.
As a recent research shows that men are often attracted to the color red as it excites their sex appeal.
Why do all these lingerie have to be black?
You guys should check out the Victoria Secret Outlet...they have pretty cheap stuff.

the victoria's secret clearance panty bin really grosses me out. I usually see girls and their boyfriends sifting through the panties as if it is a couple activity. I mean it is okay to bring your boyfriend/hubby along for his visual opinions but guys shouldn't be touching the undergarments. of course you can wash the items after you buy them and I'm usually not a prude, but that victoria's secret bin is just wrong how women and men crowd around and manically search for items as if selecting produce at the grocery store lol I'd prefer buying panty/lingerie when they are neatly on hangers. I was a tad off topic but probably f21, charlotte russe, macy's, wet seal...basically anything cute and reasonably priced.

Most of my undergarments are from Victoria's Secret and La Senza. I would buy anything cute although I try to get them at a cheaper price. I think guys tend to like things that are red and black. The Sexy Little Things and the Very Sexy line at Victoria's Secret are good for spicing things up. They also have extremely sexy things at Frederick's of Hollywood.
I worked at Victoria's Secret, so all of it is from there. It's hard to argue when its 30% off all the time ^.^ I'm stocked up so well on it I won't have to buy any for a while so here is hoping that my body shape doesn't change!!
Lingerie is overrated. My boyfriend and I prefer that I wear something like this or this.
Why only wear sexy underwear when you can wear an entire sexy outfit? (I think the majority of frilly lingerie is ugly, anyway. I don't know why people are so turned on by that. Those items mentioned in the article? You'd never see me wearing those, especially that hideous tutu. But I would be inclined to wear that school girl outfit. Why just get the white stockings when you can go all the way?)

@methodElevated@xanga - I totally agree with you on that outfits are much more awesome than one article of lingerie alone. However, entire outfits tend to all together be pretty expensive where I've seen 'em. So, as I stated in the article, I created my own outfit with a bunch of mostly cheap pieces of lingerie to create one sexy outfit ;)
victoria secret is my storeeee. I love VS.
i have dropped maybeee say 500 on just panties alone. their stuff is worth it.
Ive over the yrs stop wearing thongs. I mean i still have a bunch but I dont wear them as much because I dont rele find them to be as sexy anymore...I think boyshorts and cheeksters are a lot sexierr and cuter.
they have a more fun and playful vibe to them....and they come in so many patterns and colors. omgg..love them.
but other places ive gotten panties n bra from is H&M (SUPER cheap stuff), wetseal and various department stores.

Yeah..... black is a turn off for my husband. He likes vibrant colors.
Believe it or not, walmart.com actually has decent ones. And definitely the outlet malls at stores such as DEB and Rue21 (a cheap image of forever21) ;)
