You Vs. Your SO: Go-To Drinks
I'm all about the vodka tonic and he likes gin martinis. Non-alcoholic? He and I dig coffee and Diet Coke (ooh, and Coke Zero and Cherry Coke Zero)...I was thrilled to find a guy who did not ask me to explain why practically every girl loves Diet Coke.
What do you guys like to draaaaaaaank?
Oh! And while we're at it, do you guys say it's soda or pop?

no one i know likes diet coke. someone i used to know would drink diet pepsi, but she was so skinny and healthy already, i couldnt understand it. she quit drinking it though when she couldnt handle her reoccurring migraines
He loves Sam Adams beer, and I don't drink often, so I don't have a favorite. Non alcoholic, he loves ginger ale. I'm a milk girl, myself.

Alcoholic, I prefer white wine or peach vodka, my SO prefers Miller Beer. Non alcoholic, I prefer water and he prefers Dr. Pepper.
It's coke. All of it. It's not soda, it's not pop. It's coke. What kind? Sprite, Diet, Cherry, etc. Even pepsi is coke.
I like water and orange juice. I don't drink coke or "soda". I don't drink much alcohol either, but I do like "Christmas Jones"...which is really the first more-than-a-sip drink of alchol I have had...so... *shrugs*
He LOVES Dr.Pepper...Recently we've been obsessed with sweet tea because we went to Boston and they didn't serve sweet tea anywhere. I love bellinis!
sweet tea! (both) beer for the SO, most liquor for myself, and it's soda! only my girlfriend from Michigan (wrongly) believes in pop!

Hmm, well for both of us it's usually beer, but for him it's mainly beer. I like Grey Goose Vodka... it's so smooth<33 Beer? Heineken, Bud LIght, 40s, and only sometimes... 211.
Soda wise: his is any, while mine is just Coke :3
diet cherry coke is our thing. its the best <3 im actually sippin on it as i type this!
I prefer juice, sometimes sprite..I can't drink a lot of caffeine but I do like diet coke if I need a 'hit' ..and I live in New Zealand and I've never really heard anyone call it soda or pop..in australia & nz we call it 'FIZZY DRINK"

As far as alcohol goes, my husband likes Jack Daniels and Coke Zero, or Miller Genuine Draft. I like champagne, first and foremost, but I also dig Jack and Coke as well.
Non-alcoholic-wise, he's a big coffee fan, as well as water. I could drink sweet tea every day of my life.
i like beer and he likes orange juliuses.
non-alcoholic: i like water or milk and he likes lemonade.
i have fructose malabsorption so i can't drink most stuff :/
and i say "soda" :)
its not soda, its not pop, its not soda pop ...everything is COKE. (yes even sprites...it goes down like this:
person a: want a coke?
person b: sure, what do you have?
person a: coke, diet, dr pepper, sprite, orange coke?
person b: i'll have a sprite. thanks.
but anyways.. non-alocholic i'll go for diet coke, chai lattes, or water. He likes cokes or water. alcoholic...i like jaeger bombs, smirnoff ice, or captain morgan. he likes beer, dos equis specifically. we are cheap college kids. what do u expect? haha

Alcoholic... rum & d.coke. Nonalcoholic... I'm a huge fan of Thai iced tea. It's sweet liquidy goodness!

i drink plenty of water, it crunches my thirst and its good for my skin. he is made up of 80% coffee and 18% coke...
his drink is: margarita! (i find it taste like Chinese medicine) and key lime pie martini.
mine is: french tart martini, and sparkling wine.
He drinks a lot of milk.

At my height I guzzle about 8 diet cokes a day, I've cut back some. My other non-alcoholic drinks of choice are Arizona iced tea, Tazo chai, Starbucks, and V8 carrot/orange juice mix (which is insanely hard to find).

We call all soda "coke" but have to specify what kind!
But I love Coke Zero and Diet Dr. Pepper. Don't like Diet Coke.
