My Favorite Dance-In-The-Kitchen Song, Part II
Procul Harum's "A Whiter Shade of Pale" is this fantastic song I first heard on the Big Chill soundtrack - it's this melancholy sounding song that's fantastic to sway back and forth to. And although nobody knows exactly what it's about, it's still one of those songs you can dance to without knowing what the hell the singer is talking about.

I think Trains "When I look to the sky" is my favorite slow-dance in the kitchen song. Otherwise, "Hey Ya" by Outkast is always a fun one lol
This song makes me picture my dad dancing with my stepmom in the kitchen. It's a good memory.

I can't help but waltz around whenever I hear it
Mmm, I love a whiter shade of pale. I've loved it for years, I grew up with all kinds of oldies and this was definitely one of them that I've always loved.
I always get funny looks when I start singing along with it in my music player, or if I'm working and it pops into my head. Hah.
