  • Does A Guy's First Time Hurt, Too?

Some of my friends' boyfriends said that the first time they had sex, it hurt and they bled, too! I'm glad at least we're even now and the female won't be the only one going "owwww" at the end.

I researched and found out that there was no reason why a guy would bleed at all unless he was uncircumsized, his foreskin wasn't fully detached and sex somehow had pulled it loose. Technically, only girls are virgins since they have the hymen. Guys essentially have sex the first time they masturbate, and there is no way to determine if a guy has ever masturbated or had sexual intercourse other than that knowing grin a guy has when you talk about either one.

So, two things: one, is my guy going to be hurt the first time if he's uncircumsized? Two, has anyone been with both a circumsized and uncirc guy? Which do you prefer?

I much prefer uncircumcised.. Ive been with both but it has felt better and been more useful.. in certain ways. As for your comment about girls are the only virgins because they have hymen: some girls are born without hymen. Others with hymen often find it breaks early in childhood from something like bikeriding.. or even later on with use of tampons.

LOL at girls that like their penises skinned.

I'm uncircumsized, and yes, we do last longer. Don't ask me why? It just is. If the guy is bleeding at all, ever, or if it hurts even when its his first time, there is something definitely wrong. If lube doesn't correct it, see a doctor.

    This post is dumb.

I have NEVER heard of a guy hurting anything when he loses his virginity, unless it has to do with sensitivity to all the new sensations or something.
You are saying that a guy loses his virginity once he masturbates... and yet implying that a girl cannot lose hers the same way?
Virginity is entirely subjective. Especially if you consider a girl who realizes she is a lesbian at a very young age and grows into her sexuality with the full knowledge of that - would you say that unless there is penetration, regardless of orgasms or oral sex or other sexual encounters, she would still be a virgin?
Not to mention, some girls are born without hymens, some girls break their hymens before ever having sex, some break them during masturbation... the list goes on.
Anyway. No, pretty sure guys don't hurt when they lose it.

i think circumsized looks prettier. :)

Ooh, interesting. I think its different for everyone though, not all girls bleed/hurt the first time they have sex to be honest. It really depends on the person, so with girls it is the same with guys.

Something about this post makes me feel weak in the knees, the bad kind. I think penis' are unattractive. BUT! My ex fiance wasnt circumsized and he never had a problem, and he lost his virginity to me. He didnt say it hurt. But my husband now IS circumsized and its so much better (and cleaner) buuut he says it hurts sometimes when he goes in. Maybe its pulling back on the skin too much? Idk.

really? haha.. i never heard of this before. Thanks!

    circumsized

uncircumsized looks nasty and yeah does nothing for me. well.. its a turnoff actually

  • sakari_x@xanga

In england it's really really really unusual for a guy to be circumcised. There was like one in my group of friends and all the guys took the piss, as guys do.

I've been with both, I have no preference. Uncirc is easier when it comes to hand jobs, whereas circ is easier when it comes to *ahem* blowjobs.

I remember blood the first time I pulled my foreskin back! Hahaha. I WAS LIKE 6.

Sex doesn't hurt. At all. Ever. Rape might. But generally when you're engaging in sexual intercourse with a consenting partner, she'll be plentyyyy wet enough for an enjoyable experience.

    Circumcision.. Why?
I'm 20 years old now, uncircumcised. I've never had any problems or complications. Circumcision's just another religious waste of time. There's no benefits to getting snipped. I've actually read about people complaining that they lose sensitivity after time, and people are getting reproductive surgery because FORESKIN IS BETTER THAN NO FORESKIN!

    Wooopwooooooop.
I'm glad my family aren't religious fanatics.

Okay.... my first comment here ^^
My current boyfriend is totally a virgin. He's never masturbated before and I'm the one giving him his very first handjob. But the funny part is .... he's uncircumsized but whenever I give do that for him, he doesnt want to take his foreskin off lol He said that it's a bit hurt and he's scared so I just let it be. He can reach the peak tho. :\ wondering how we can have real sex later :P

Guy's don't bleed upon losing their virginity but it might have been her blood if they were both virgins.

Prefer the one who is more emotionally compatible with you.

I don't think the guy first time is going to hurt if he's uncircumsized or not. It really make no difference for the guy I believed.

My bf is uncircumcised and I like it that way I think it looks nice and feels good.  I have heard that some guys that haven't retracted their foreskin all the way and it retracts for the first time while having sex may bleed a little.
