Does A Guy's First Time Hurt, Too?
Some of my friends' boyfriends said that the first time they had sex, it hurt and they bled, too! I'm glad at least we're even now and the female won't be the only one going "owwww" at the end.
I researched and found out that there was no reason why a guy would bleed at all unless he was uncircumsized, his foreskin wasn't fully detached and sex somehow had pulled it loose. Technically, only girls are virgins since they have the hymen. Guys essentially have sex the first time they masturbate, and there is no way to determine if a guy has ever masturbated or had sexual intercourse other than that knowing grin a guy has when you talk about either one.
So, two things: one, is my guy going to be hurt the first time if he's uncircumsized? Two, has anyone been with both a circumsized and uncirc guy? Which do you prefer?

....wtf? Guys don't bleed, only girls! Where the heck does a part of a man's penis rip off and bleed when he loses his virginity?
And, my definition of a man losing his virginity is when he goes "home," not masturbation.
P.S. I prefer circumsized, it looks better than uncircumsized (no offense.)
my husband's uncut....our first time didn't hurt him at all.
also, i've never been with anyone but him so i have no comparison in the "cut vs. uncut" debate, but our sex life is plenty o' fun; haha!

I'm surprised no one has pointed this out, but for a guy to be a virgin means that his penis has never entered a vagina.... it doesn't have anything to do with masturbating at all. For a girl to be a virgin means that she's never had a penis in her vagina. I mean, I've used tampons, and I'm sure my hymen is not intact, but that doesn't mean I'm not a virgin anymore...

NOT TRUE.
Your hymen can break without having sex, like from riding a bike or even a strenuous activity that causes stretching. The hymen is not an indicator of virginity. Plenty of women don't bleed the first time they have intercourse.
I just had to clear that up, since datingish apparently doesn't bother to edit for these sorts of errors before posting!
My husband told me his first time didn't hurt. He's uncircumcised, btw. I don't have a preference bc I think they both feel the same. lol. I seriously can't tell the difference.

I posted a blog here a while back and they edited it. The edited was worst than my original. They left some details out and cut off some sentences halfway.
I'm uncircumsized and a virgin. I'm scared to pull it down but usually masturbating doesn't hurt because you're not pulling it down all the way and probably not holding it as tight.

There's definitely something wrong with the guy if he is bleeding, regardless of whether it's his first time or not.
Personally, uncircumcised penises look really gross to me, plus it is much more difficult to keep clean and makes the guy waaaaaay more prone to STDs, urinary tract infections, etc.

i've only really been with a circumsized guy, but my gay best friend showed me pictures of the difference, and i think i prefer circumsized... it looks weird uncirced, and from what i've heard it's difficult to keep clean.
that plus the fact that most guys don't always shower daily... yea, no thanks.
bloody semen is a sign of trauma. if he bled its because something happened either during or before sex that caused him to bleed, not just sex. either that or he has some kind of std. either way that sucks! and i read a comment earlier that said that guys don't complain about what the vagina looks like or something like that... but we do. i wont go into detail, but they don't all look the same and some are nasty. just keep in mind when you're talkin crap about a guy being cut (i am) or un-cut, that your vajayjay may look like a loose piece of bologna that nobody wants to touch.

that's weird. I don't think there's any reason an uncircumcised guy should have any problems...
my current boyfriend is uncircumcised and is MUCH better than my ex... I am absolutely in love with our sex life compared to my previous... he feels better :)

Althought typically when a guy talks about something he has a preference for its about the boobs - both size and shape of the boobs and the nipples....
sorry to share - But i do agree with you - it is really shallow and i would never breakup with a girl or make an issue if her parts didnt match up to my preference - but i know guys who would.

@Bob_Knush@xanga - I'm not saying it doesn't happen, because we all know it does, just that it's such a superficial, shallow thing to be concerned with. I've also heard many more women complain about penises than men about vaginas/vulvas...and normally it's more of a complaint about smell rather than looks when a guy does complain. Honestly, anyone who is so concerned with shapes and sizes that they would break up with someone over it needs to get their priorities straight and stop thinking they're such a gift from God to the world.
@AnonymousBlonde@xanga - I don't think it's gross, it was just awkward for both of us. We were each others' firsts and it was weird to maneuver everything lol. I'm sure things have improved for him in that department now. That was forever ago.
