and nope i neva done it..hehe..
My ex-boyfriend and I started dating when I was 15 and he was 19. Needless to say we have been having sex since I was 15 years old, and I'm nearly 19 now.
P.S. I don't mind if this isn't anonymous....
Nope...I've never been in that situation. Always legal =)
no, I am from the United Kingdom by the way.
Virgin.
The only thing I can think of is having sex with a 17-year-old when I was 18...not that bad haha. I'm from TN by the way.
I'm surprised how many states have homosexual relationships as illegal. I'm in South Carolina, which is one of them and I know several homosexuals. I'm surprised that no one has tried to change that yet.
Um, I wouldn't be surprised if 30% of my high school classmates, by the time they turned 18, had had sexual intercourse. In other schools, that percentage is higher. Does that make this sizable population statutory rapists?
A senior at my high school [eighteen years old] was recently caught having sex with a freshman [fourteen years old] in the band room closet. That's been the latest talk around the school. I, personally, have not experienced statutory rape.
That chart needs to be updated. Homosexuality is legal in Massachusetts.
And no, not me nor anyone that I know personally.
I lost my virginity with my boyfriend(?) when I was 16. He was 18. Even though it sounds like statutory rape it isn't in the state of NY (I live here) because if there is a less then 2 year difference it doesn't count or something along those lines.
lol I am too lazy to go anonymous
14 is an age of consent??? really? i dont know but i think thats a little too young. 15 maybe, but more like 16...
When I was 14 I was having sex with my 17 year old boyfriend, so technically I have been the "victim" of statuatory rape, haha.
This teacher I know lost his job for sleeping with one of his students. It was stupid because he was 23 and the girl was 18, the only thing that made it statuatory rape was because she was his student. It really sucks because he can never teach again. He's been waiting tables since.
lol, i have no idea what our statutory rape laws are...
@spidergrass@xanga - statutory "rape" is so lame.
When I was 17 I was dating a law student, who was 23. He was from VA, but we were in PA, so it's all been legal, hehe :]
@mi_piaci - I was 14, the summer before 9th grade. However, I didn't exactly start by my choice.
My 20 year old roommate is currently dating a 16 year old....sometimes he stays over at her mom's house and stuff and I find it kind of creepy. I mean, why is her mom even letting this happen?! Anyhow, I also have an ex-girlfriend who slept with the 24 or 25 year old band teacher when she was barely 18. She caught HPV from him...
Yes, and that is horrid that homosexual sex is "illegal" in so many states. I am now depressed for our society.
no.
Canada's raised the age of consent to 16 and I dont think being gay, lesbian or straight matters. You are allowed to have sex with a minor if you are around the same age so for example 14 and 16 year old.
a friend of mine when he was 17 dated a girl who was just getting into grade 8, so 13 years old. i dont know if they had sex but i know they fooled around and before that girl dated my friend she was dating a 19 year old when she was 12. i told my friend if i found out he had sex with her i'd call the police but the sad thing is, her parents are police.
Me, no.
People I know? Absolutely.
But, based on *current* laws, they wouldn't be prosecuted because of the Romeo-and-Juliet thing.
I've been a "victim" of it.
Not me..
I had a friend who's 15 who had sex with a 19 year old.. I guess that would be.
