No, how could you? You just met them for how long? How much do you really know about this person? Does this person have any disease or viral infections whatsoever? You don't know and you can't be sure if this person is telling the truth. Do you have any viral infections you are not aware of? How would you know you don't if you haven't check yourself with the doctors?
Anyways, due to the lack of knowledge, how can one be able to protect oneself as well as others?
