How Many People Have You Told "I Love You"?
Three? Six? None?
How many people have told you they loved you? (romantically! your mom doesn't count.)
How many people have you said it to?

One, but two have said it to me...I can't say it if I don't mean it with my whole heart, at which point I avoid saying it. Good question though.
4 and after further evaluation I only really meant it to 3...and still love all of those three in some way, shape or form. I'm 27 so I would say this is a decent track record.
None. The closest I get to saying "I love you" to someone is "Wanna fuck" (jokingly).
Three. At the time of each I can say I said it and meant it.
Two.
However, when I said it the first time, it was more infatuation/pressure from him.. [He had said it 2 months into the relationship, which really freaked me out. Then he got mad that I didn't say it back even though he said it's fine & he'd be patient. Hmph~ Some "love".]
But the second person I've said it to, I meant it. I really think he's the one! :)
I think three. But only two that I meant it with (the first one I was young and stupid and thought I had to say it back just because he said it to me). And then there was one person that I loved but didn't tell. And I've had a few more guys than that tell me they love me - I seem to often attract guys who move way too fast for my preferences. Or at least I did in high school, haha.
6 people have said it to me,
I've said it to 2 people.
There's one other person I would say it to, if it were in any way appropriate.
I've said it to two. In a romantic way, I only meant it to one. And I still do love that one person. Now that I'm older I would only say it to someone I really do love.
One said it to me and i said it to one, the same person
2 but now that I'm older I realize that the first person I experienced puppy luv with.
None and none.
One and one.
Actually meaning them? Three. And I'm with the third one now. Cannot be happier.
I've said it to 3 people.
My first girlfriend, whom... I didn't actually love. It was all part of the teenage, "Love," thing, where you say it because you feel that's the thing to say.
My second girlfriend, I'm still trying to get over her, but I did really love her. In 2 ways, actually. At first, she was my best friend, and I loved her in that "Best friend" way. Then we started dating and I had never felt that way about anyone before. When I said, "I love you," I damn well meant it.
The third person I've said it to is my other best friend. Who is gay. Just not romantically. I certainly meant it, but I meant it in the, "You're my best friend," kind of love.
So, romantically, really only 2. And I've gotten that returned by the same 2 people.
Again, as I said, my first girlfriend really meant it. I was her first boyfriend as well, and because of how low her self esteem was/is, she wanted to hold onto me forever.
My second girlfriend broke up with me when she decided she liked being my best friend better than being my girlfriend. And as good as all that sounds, it still essentially feels like a rejection, and hurts like one [especially because, being one of my best friends, I still hang out with her constantly... including her new boyfriend].
Why did I feel those stories were relevant?
Two.
I said it back to both,But looking back I only meant it with the first one. With the second one I was just "in love" with the things he said to me,& when the honeymoon phase wore off,I realized how annoying he was.
*bad person*
Zero have said it to me
I have said it to zero.
i think i've told all three guys i've dated... but the only time i meant it was my current relationship... other than that it was pressure... because he said it to me, i felt like i had to say it back, or i'd hurt his feelings. >_<;
and i think three is the same number that have told me they loved me... only one i'm certain that meant it was the current one (once again).
my best guy friend and i have also exchanged i love yous, but as far as i'm concerned, that was all on a friendship, not romantic level.
I've heard it once. He most definitely didn't mean it, though. We weren't even dating and rarely saw each other - some "love" that was.
As for me, I've never said it. Yay me XD
2 people i said i love you too and meant it. 2 people i said it too and didn't mean it.
I honestly think that every time I've said "I love you." to someone, I've meant it. Whether I would still mean it if I tried to say it later on is another matter. But at the time, no matter how much I may regret that now, I can't deny that I felt that at some point.
So... let's see... 2, and I wanted to say it to a third, and am glad I didn't. Two have said it back to me. Only one of those two, I believe, meant it.
No regrets.
Said it to my only real HS bf (the feeling was mutual). Said it to my first serious (well I WAS serious anyway) college bf. He never said it back. Said it to a just for fun bf cause he was borderline abusive and saying it seemed to calm him down and I guess I sounded sincere. I wasn't sincere. Said it to my current bf the day after he told me. Out of four, two reciprocated. And honestly, they were the two that mattered most. And they are the bookends of the bunch (first bf and last)
I said it to three, but only meant it to two of them.
I've had it said to me by maybe 4 or 5 people.
Quite a few but during the teenage years I don't really count it, hormones are not the same things as love.
I say it to people in a friendly way, but to the people who I've actually loved? None!
Two in a romantic way, though one of them I felt pressured into saying it, I didn't really mean it. I've also said it to someone else who I love, but not in a romantic way. Seems weird to people around us, but we understand what we mean by it!
